The eyesore of Tupelo. Neither my fiance and I could take two bites of what we ate. It is worth ordering from Uber eater like shakes etc but the food is not their speciality. They do. Stay open late so I would say if you are craving something sweet; its close to the hospital area go for it

I don't know about others. But I was there yesterday 9-15-2025. My burger was so fresh. All the toppings were fresh and crisp. I had to go back through the drive-thru. So I could tell them to tell the cook my burger was delicious. I'm so sorry I forgot to ask for names. So I gave a date. I will definitely go back nice folks.

This restaurant is plain terrible because one user said that got burnt fries but ALSO, there COULD be a pothole after exiting the drive thru and they ALWAYS get my burger order wrong no matter whatever the hell I say. Sincerely, MSSB (Andrew T. Osborn).

Not really sure what went wrong here. Checkers used to be pretty solid, but today the chicken tasted a bit like chemicals, just really not edible. The mozzarella sticks are great, but of course, they forgot my marinara sauce. Wait times aren’t great for the food quality, expect to be sitting around for about 10 minutes for (at best) subpar food, even during non-peak hours. However, I think this fact should be blamed on Checkers corporate being cheapskates and not wanting to schedule more than 2 employees to work at a time. Hell, until recently, they had some lame AI chatbot doing the order-taking. Basically, Checkers needs to fix their chicken recipe and hiring practices (or lack thereof).
I only gave 3 stars because the few people that *are* working here are very nice. The marinara sauce being forgotten is a small blunder I can forgive, and the chicken tasting bad and wait times being a bit long is a corporate issue.

The food was decent, but I didn't get my hamburger. I called the restaurant, but no one answered. The kids liked the seasoned mozzarella sticks. The fries were great. The wings were actually pretty good. Nice and crispy. A little too much sauce for me.

I ordered the fry lovers combo. They had to know this food was not fresh when they gave it to me. The fries on the burger were not even edible. That burger had been sitting up already made for a while. The order of fries were fresher than the ones on the burger, but they were not real fresh themselves. Lastly, even the ice was already melted in my drink. I’m not sure how that happened, but it did. I rarely leave reviews this low, but this experience was the worst I’ve had in a very long time. I should’ve drove back and asked for a refund, but I didn’t. Very disappointed ☹️
