The food was decent, but I didn't get my hamburger. I called the restaurant, but no one answered. The kids liked the seasoned mozzarella sticks. The fries were great. The wings were actually pretty good. Nice and crispy. A little too much sauce for me.

I ordered the fry lovers combo. They had to know this food was not fresh when they gave it to me. The fries on the burger were not even edible. That burger had been sitting up already made for a while. The order of fries were fresher than the ones on the burger, but they were not real fresh themselves. Lastly, even the ice was already melted in my drink. I’m not sure how that happened, but it did. I rarely leave reviews this low, but this experience was the worst I’ve had in a very long time. I should’ve drove back and asked for a refund, but I didn’t. Very disappointed ☹️

I really enjoyed this checkers..there customer service was on point and there food was some of the best I have ever eaten from a checkers..
Ordered 2 of there double melts. There were cold and didn't even toast the buns. Bread was old. Was Nasty. Won't be back....Wouldn't let anyone use the bathroom.

The service was awful… I had to go to the window 3 time and was totally ignored. I arrived at Checkers at 7:45 and did not receive my order til 8:36. I was doing a DoorDash so it was not my food that I would have been leaving. I kept in contact with the customer and was telling them of the experience. Finally when I received my order and left, I dropped the order off to the customer only to receive a text from that customer telling me everything was wrong about that order. Furious. The customer had to call DoorDash to get a refund.

Love this place! Best burgers and Fries in town. Originally from Phoenix, where they have the Rally's. If you've never tried it, you gotta go at least once. Very reasonable prices and the staff treats you like family.
