Chick-fil-A at Thompson Square

I am traveling and wanted to stop there for lunch. Unfortunately, their dining room is closed.

I have never waited in the drive-thru line that long. Maybe it was an off day for them. Once I got to the window, I was asked my name. Usually they are ready to hand me my order. Things seemed very different tonight. And yes I'm a little spoiled to the fact this is what stood out compared to other places to eat and now their quality is slipping.

There’s no way these kids are standing outside while it’s below freezing to take orders. I’d rather wait for the speaker. It is 30 degrees outside, and they are outside nose dripping, and coughing, all for what? Better drive through times and more business?

shame on these mangers for forcing these employees to stand out in these cold conditions. the poor worker couldn’t feel his hands and asked for a minute to warm them up. SHAME ON YOU MANAGERS

Kye was very rude while taking our order at the line. He made us feel dumb.

This place has gotten a little freaking ridiculous... Fast food places in general have gone to crap this place used to hold a higher standard. But I just set in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes which is fine I understand it's busy as hell but there is no sense in you letting anybody's food sit on a table outside when it's 42°for 10 of those 20 minutes while you let the car in front of me make two more orders sitting at the window while my food is still sitting on that table and when I get it and tell you my fries are cold and the little girl who look like she was methed set okay and turned around and walked inside...

Had a line all the way out into the road in still got us in and out through the drive thru in no time.

It was the first time we had actually went in and I wasn't disappointed. It has been raining so there wasn't many people at all. It cost us $50 for 3 adults and I 4 yr old.
