We just bought two ice cream cones. One if the cones had hardly any ice cream in bottom. All mostly on top and cone was hollow. First time ever.

The quality of the food here has gone down drastically. Since Chick-fil-A has changed their chicken, the quality of the food has not been the same. Chick-fil-A used to be the one fast food restaurant you know you can depend on to have good, fresh food but that has changed. I’ve been here for Atleast 5 times since the chicken has changed and every time I’m disappointed. The service of the workers are excellent, but once again the quality of the food is awful now. I haven’t had fresh fries in forever; everytime I get them they’re old and once I asked for fresh fries and when the fries were brought back to me they were still old. I’m very disappointed.

Monticello Arkansas, Memphis TN. Tupelo, Columbus, Amory Ms. I'm sure I've missed a couple For travel and Hands down The best place no matter where it may be

Thursday night 20 minutes waiting, super slow service, I got sick eating their food. Im never coming back here again!

To congested. I appreciate wanting to get ppl through as quick as possible, but we are stuck in there like sardines. For get parking there it's not going to happen plus you'd never be able to get out. I don't want to even go there anymore because the drive thru and never any parking. It's just a big hassle.
