This Chik fil a needs to get some training. I’ve eaten at CFAs all over the US and the food was not tasty at this one. Nuggets were soggy, weird seasoning, kale salad was limp and old. Choc shake tasted like vanilla, fries tough. Disappointing.

Yesterday, i went to Chick Fila across from Barnes Crossing Mall. The food was horrible. Everyone i have ever traveled has always had A+ food. The chicken was hard as if it had been sitting for hours. The mac and cheese was cold and stiff and the lemonade was bitter and didn't even taste like lemonade. As i was placing my order, he workers on drive thru asked if this meal was for me or a kid????? What difference should that make? Im going to pay for the food regardless. This led me to believe that they are starting to throw anything at the little ones. Im so done. I will never go back. By the way, my rating is really a minus - 5. Good day So disappointed
