Horrendous experience. Totally incompetent lazy employees. Almost all food bins were empty at 2:00. Workers refused to make pepper and onions. Said it was against corporate policy. Then argued with me to go make the salsa myself cause it wasn't his job. Everyone one these ppl should be fired!! Girl serving was staring at the traffic outside, counters were filthy and no one else was there. Totally Discusting! Can't rate the food cause there wasn't enough food to make a bowl.

This place used to be good. Last time I went it was weirdly quiet and no one greeted me or thanked me after I paid, like they were annoyed that a customer walked in. The kitchen was also visualbly disgusting but the employees were talking and on their phones.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. After driving an hour to specifically eat Chipotle..We got there around 7:40. EVERYTHING was empty, no chickens, steak, beans, pico. etc They also said they were out of chips and that the "earlier shift didn't make enough" and they close at 10.. And no signs of refilling it except the chicken.. We waited around 7 mins for them to make more chicken and they turned away probably 12 people that came in and the employee told them "this is all we have right now" so the customers would leave after seeing there was no food. As we were in there they never prepped more food or added more to what was empty. So we left and took our business somewhere else. Have had repeated bad experience at this location. Also, the place was FILTHY food on tables and food all over the floors. Definitely go somewhere else

7/20/24 - out of rice. Not the first time out of an item. 2 hours before closing out of both brown and white rice. Had no idea when it would be ready.
Don’t go here. Filthy. No meat available an hour and a half prior to closing. Staff didn’t care…..Pathetic.

I visited your store yesterday July 15th. I arrived at 9:07pm and was told the burrito machine was being cleaned in preparation for closing and you haven’t had tacos all day. We proceeded to order burrito bowls because I had two kids that were hungry. Four young adults came in shortly after that and was told the same thing. After they got their food, they sat at the bar near the condiment section where the stools were already placed upside down on the table. One of the female workers was currently cleaning the tables in front and had apparently just cleaned that area. There were three female workers total and the heavier of the three came out, approached these young people, and questioned them with a sarcastic attitude on their choice of seating arrangements. After she went back behind the counter, all three of the females started belittling those customers ignorantly and loudly. There was one male worker who was cleaning and did not participate in any of this nor did he correct them. That is bullying, harassment, and intimidation and should not be tolerated or practiced in any establishment. This kind of behavior is NEVER EVER acceptable. Furthermore, of lesser importance, the burrito machine should not be closed down for the night almost an hour before store closure. I emailed the general manager but it wouldn’t go through.

Would’ve probably been more stars if her food had actually been hot. Very disappointing experience.
I went in today for lunch and the young girl who was training was very sweet; however, the young man who I can only assume was training her was extremely rude. I had asked for extra chicken and rice as it looked pretty skim. I even said that I was okay with paying extra even though if I'm going to be honest, the portion size I got should have been just for the standard size because I paid $25 for a bowl and a side of queso and chips. I didn't even get a drink. When I asked him for the side of chips and queso, he proceeded to lift his head up and roll his eyes for about 10 seconds while I was just standing there watching him. He didn't say anything to me about it and just gave the food to the other girl to check me out. I have worked in the service industry my entire life and in this case it just seems like being there to help customers was the LAST thing he wanted to be doing. In my opinion he should not have been the choice to train your new employee as that kind of attitude will only drag your store down. The blatant rudeness tells me that he's gotten away with this for a long time and it probably will not be fixed. Just thought I'd share my poor experience to save some others 25 dollars for 15 dollar portions.

Constantly out of items, when you order delivery it comes wrong 90% of the time. They will substitute items they are out of and not even bother to inform you. Then they will deliver bowls to you when you ordered tacos.. and send no utensils. I have been to Chipotle's all around the country and this one is the consistently bad. Workers will argue with you instead of giving you a side. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I have try to get food from this place it is wrong or they are out of something. I would recommend every other Chipotle in the country.. but not this one.
I arrived at 9:20, and an employee yelled out “how are they still putting orders through???” She made a big deal out of unlocking the window, yelled at me for talking too quietly, and said I needed to come inside because the Chipotlane closes at 9:30. Reminder, I arrived at 9:20. When I came inside, I was told they were out of steak, no big deal honestly but that should be reflected in the app.
After I received my food, I went to go make my drinks and saw that the drink station was in disarray. The lids were disorganized and other things were strewn around the counter. I also bought chips, and when I told the employee this, he said they’re out of chips. I was not offered a refund unless they happened to already put that through the system, which I seriously doubt. I also received zero napkins.
Honestly, this Chipotle is terrible. How it’s still open I don’t know. I’d rather go to a real Mexican restaurant because the service, food, and atmosphere in those places is a thousand times better.
Frankly, I’m sick of having to write bad reviews on Google. Tupelo deserves better than this trash but the standard has seemingly decreased a lot in the last couple years. I also don’t know why so many places are always running out of essential items. I assume their management is just getting stingy.
Anyway, don’t go here. Like, ever. It sucks.
Edit: I went through their customer service chatbot, and it graciously offered me free chips and queso. Except I don’t want that, I want a refund because I’m most certainly not coming back. But the chatbot doesn’t let you request a refund, it just forces you to accept the free chips (which have been stale in prior visits by the way). I spent over $40 on food for two people and didn’t even receive half of it, why would I even consider returning?

We ordered food online. Picked the food up at the drive through. From that point on it went downhill. The person was obviously not happy about being at work. She was not friendly and shut the window and walked off after she nearly threw the drinks at us. Drinks tasted awful with an old medicine like taste. We got the food home and the chips were very stale and the queso was grainy. It must be made from a powder cheese. The food had heat but no other seasoning. This is the second time the experience was poor. We probably won't go back.
