Ordered 3 cakes in person and picked from the designs available and all 3 of the cakes were wrong. Informed the employee and she tells me thats not how I ordered them. I’m not sure how much clearer I could have explained it.
Ook. Never again!
The employee service is the only reason I'm giving a low rating--unfriendly, unhelpful just to name a few � Although, the cookies & brownie we had were really good! �

I was told they couldn’t serve me because they were setting up a display in the mall by some girl who was helping another set up. Non-apologetic. One guy behind the counter never even knew I was there had his bs k to me & on his phone. I guess they really don’t care to have my business as I’ve used them several times in the past. No more.
