Great American Cookies

I reached out a few days before our party to request a custom design.
Coincidentally, I was out through to Ashley, the GM. The design I wanted is not one they offer so let’s start with that.
Ashley started googling pictures and was communicating with me via text. We agreed on a design and she promised me she would do her best.
ASHLEY DELIVERED. The cake was perfection!
My daughter was so impressed and so was I.
The cookie cake was fresh and delicious! The colors were vibrant. It was a beauty cookie cake.
I cannot recommend this location enough.

The store is clean, the staff goes above and beyond, and it is worth every penny. This is our second year doing a cookie cake and this year sealed the deal for years to come.

Beware, this place is operated by scammers. Every time we have gone here we are charged a different price. But here is the latest scam as if their current scams were not enough: they now have a “COMMODITY CHARGE” of .45 cents on orders of $5 or more. So you mean to tell me that if I spend more than $5 I am penalized? This is absurd, and I will ensure that other people are aware of this. Moreover, I will not be returning.

Not given what was requested and shorted cookies.
They also now CHARGE AND UPCHARGE OF You PURCHASE MORE THAN $5. WORTH OF COOKIES. That's THE Stupidest THING I'VE EVER HEARD OF. Why not just raise the price per cookie? That would be fair. Not penalizing the people that buy more.

Very rude treatment over asking for cookies that looked less burnt. I have never been told I couldn’t pick different cookies because of a order they had to go in. Take them off display if I can’t pick the cookies I want to pay my money on!
