I love yall cookies
Very first experience here was an order I had delivered. I had it to be delivered at 9 am (business open). I get to my business and my cookies were apparently delivered way ahead of schedule and left out on the ground for the ants and the nearby homeless and dumpster divers. And most recently I ordered in the app for curbside pickup. I checked in and waited for 40 minutes and no one would bring out the order. They did offer me a free cookie for them not bringing out my order. I counted 4, maybe 5 employees inside. Their excuse was the person responsible for curbside orders was busy and couldn't get to it... What about the other employees inside? Not a single person could step out for 10 seconds?
Anna and Olivia gave us a very warm welcome soon as we walked in.They had a very good attitude and great customer service.Tupelo by far best Crumbl. Come for the best cookies and service.
