At least tell people at the door that the A/C is out when it’s 95 degrees outside. It’s 90 degrees in there. We asked to sit under a fan and were told there was nowhere near or under a fan to sit. We broke a sweat before even getting our drinks. Paid and left.

I had been going to Dcasa S Gloster for years until recently! Customer service is awful and has been for awhile! however last Friday the 13th they sank to a new low! Someone in my part pitcher of margarita was not worth drinking and he complained to waitress who dismissed it! He went inside to complain to the manager who then told him to just leave! while me and another friend was still on patio another hostess came out and told us to leave with him! never in my life have I witnessed such bad service..it's been bad there but this was the worse! Tried asking manager to give me a number to file a complaint but he wouldn't! Reached out to the owner on FB to no reply! I will never graced that horrible run establishment again and obviously I'm not the only one! general public also starting to feel the same way! The owner should noticed his business is falling off!

This location is not to be confused with the D’Casa on West Main, and I think this is what we did!! Food was average. Service was great! We prefer D’Casa on West Main, but we would eat here again.

Our food was decent. They could have definitely put more queso on the chimichanga. The flour itself on the chimichanga seemed overcooked, as it was dry. This was something new for me on a chimichanga. Normally they are hot and fresh. This one seemed like it was left in a microwave too long almost or just cooked too long. The taco salad was good. The shell was great and the meat tasted good also.

The server was not very attentive at all, until we asked another gentleman for some more napkins, chips, and sour cream. He said something to our waiter and he was much more attentive afterwards. I will give it a try again, with the hopes that the food will be fresher.

Got the Fajitas Hawaiian. Got home and realized, I didn't get the sides that came with the dinner. And, there was no ham. Called, them to let them know. Then, went back up there. They remade the order. I checked my order, before I left. The so called, ham was cut differently. So, I didn't think much of it. Get back home, ready to eat. And, was very disappointed. They cut up some bologna or hot dogs, cause, it was definitely not ham. Called, back up there and the girl wanted to argue about it. Saying it was ham. The chicken was tough and dry. I will not be back, to that location after this.

First let me say I had heard so many good things and was excited to eat here. I was sadly disappointed. When we asked not to be seated as a group of 5 at a booth that was clearly too small for us to enjoy dinner. The staff seemed displeased and became rude. We were then placed in the very back in a section that looked almost closed off with 3 menus (there were 5 of us) and never returned to take our order. We sat fo 15 minutes then decided to leave. There were lots of tables open in the front where we would have more than enough room but that was not offered to us.
