Atmosphere was very nice. Comfortable seating and very clean restaurant overall. Server was nice however the woman who I assume was the manager was not very nice when we asked for a refund. Food was very delayed and when we asked about it, they said they only had two cooks so it was taking longer than normal. That’s fine it happens but it would’ve been nice to know up front. There were very few other tables so I’m surprised they were so behind. When we finally did receive the food the rice was cold and chicken was very dry. Portions were very skimped as well. I usually love D’Casa but I’ll wait until the other opens to return. Be warned if you have any issues, you will receive major attitude.

Honestly the food was pretty terrible. My whole tables food was soooooo bland. It took 40 min for our food to be made and it was pretty empty. The steak was just tendons not even a knife would cut it, I had to dig it all out of my burrito. They said the aguas frescas were house made, but they tasted exactly like powder mix (artificial pineapple). I wouldn’t recommend trying this Dcasa, just wait till the other one is rebuilt. :(

My husband and I decided to get fajitas for our employees for lunch today. I called to order fajitas for 4 so I asked for 2 orders of fajitas for 2 but I forgot to specify on the tortillas we wanted so I had to call back a 2nd time. The first time I called I spoke with a gentleman that wasn't friendly but also wasn't rude so that was fine with me. The 2nd time a young lady answered and was very argumentative. I told her I needed 3 orders of corn tortillas and 2 orders of flour fully aware that I would have to pay extra. She just kept saying it doesn't come with that many and you will be charged extra over and over. I told her that was completely fine. I picked it up and get to work and see that I only have 2 orders of corn tortillas. We are running a business so it's hard to just get away sometimes so my husband went to see if he could get the rest of the tortillas. He took with him the 2 orders we had and the receipt that was $70. He got there and she started arguing with him and being very disrespectful. The manager was standing right next to her and did nothing to stop her. No one deserves to be treated this way so we took everything back and got a refund. We don't want to give our hard earned money to someone that treats their customers this way. We went to El Veracruz and ordered the same thing for $54 and got double the amount of food and had no issues at all.

There is NO good customer service! No good attitude towards some people! Not going back for sure it used to be my favorite restaurant.

At least tell people at the door that the A/C is out when it’s 95 degrees outside. It’s 90 degrees in there. We asked to sit under a fan and were told there was nowhere near or under a fan to sit. We broke a sweat before even getting our drinks. Paid and left.
