At least tell people at the door that the A/C is out when it’s 95 degrees outside. It’s 90 degrees in there. We asked to sit under a fan and were told there was nowhere near or under a fan to sit. We broke a sweat before even getting our drinks. Paid and left.

I had been going to Dcasa S Gloster for years until recently! Customer service is awful and has been for awhile! however last Friday the 13th they sank to a new low! Someone in my part pitcher of margarita was not worth drinking and he complained to waitress who dismissed it! He went inside to complain to the manager who then told him to just leave! while me and another friend was still on patio another hostess came out and told us to leave with him! never in my life have I witnessed such bad service..it's been bad there but this was the worse! Tried asking manager to give me a number to file a complaint but he wouldn't! Reached out to the owner on FB to no reply! I will never graced that horrible run establishment again and obviously I'm not the only one! general public also starting to feel the same way! The owner should noticed his business is falling off!

Great restaurant and great service. Only thing though last time I was there I think their shrimp had gone bad. Got a carry out after appetizers and heated the food back up later that night and the shrimp I had was awful. But usually their food is great.

I don’t even leave reviews but they deserve one I got the Birria Tacos …chefs kiss🔥 The tacos were sooo juicy and flavorful Service was fast, everyone was nice and I found out it was happy hour ! My drinks were 2$ for a small that didn’t look small at all ! I really hate that I forgot to tip but I will be back !!! I don’t have a complaint about a single thing ! 🥰

I absolutely love this place. Sometimes I'll eat here at least once a week. I can't recommend a better restaurant with better Mexican food in the area. Staff is super friendly and polite.

11:45 am, lunch buffet, had been worked over, what was left was cold as we're the complementary chips. Buffet fresheners as we were leaving, 30$ w/1 tea n a water. Didn't include a tip. Was asked how it was at register, told them, not much of a response. Won't be back, use to be good and hard to find parking. Lot was about 2/3 full at 12:30,
