This is the worst Domino's. They are always under staffed or the employees just don't want to work while they are there. I ordered two pizzas tonight. One was supposed to have bacon and chicken, the other light on the sauce. Neither was correct. The one pizza had regular sauce and the other no chicken. I told Chris that it was wrong because there was no chicken. He said we are out of chicken. I mean it's not like they didn't have my number to call and ask if I'd like a substitute...read full review
Worst pizza ever made!
I ordered a large pepperoni with some extra sauce. Next thing I know the black guy is asking me if I was interested in tipping him. He tells me the price, and I tell him to keep the change. 15 minutes later, another guy hands me the pizza.
The pizza was not cooked. It was basically warmed over cardboard.
It had almost no sauce on it, and very, very little cheese.
So what I got was uncooked cardboard with a few pepperonis on it lukewarm
Ordered and paid for my pizza online while at work. Waited 2 hrs for delivery and when I called was told they cancelled my order (and Briana Smith who states she was the manager could not tell me why it was cancelled and hung up on me ). Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was told I would get a refund in 4-5 days.
