After waiting for my order for an hour, I noticed on the ordering app that my order had been canceled. I did not receive a call telling me this. I work at the hospital and can not leave. I don't have access to food here at night, so I ordered from Domino's. Now everything else that might have delivered to me is closed, and I am left with nothing to eat this 12-hour shift. I am highly disappointed and hungry. If my order could not be filled, I should have been notified immediately so I could make other arrangements .

I place order online and printed out what I order.. my pizza didn't have any meat on it. I call store and told them my order was mess up and wouldn't fix my order regardless of the paper I print out for my verification on my order. The manger was telling me what the computer says when clearly my receipt say otherwise. $17. 46 of nothing but cheese, onion and bellpepper on my supposed be Philly pizza.

I placed a delivery order was told I would have my food 30-50 mins a hr pass I call back was told 15 more mins 2 hr on the dot I call and was told 30 more mins so I ask why is it taking 2 hrs to get my food he then got smart and said it wasn’t his fault so I told him I like to cancel he said ok kool I’ll cancel then said sorry it didn’t work out goodbye and hung up on me 08/06/2024 placed order At 6:50pm and would have been wait till after 9 to get it he was rude and disrespectful

Absolutely the rudest and worst dominos I have ever had to deal with. Most unprofessional people working up there. That place needs a complete renovation done to the team. I called at 930pm to place an order for delivery over the phone and got told okay your order will be there at 10:07-10:17pm. I waited until 10:30pm and finally called back up to the store and they said oh sorry we don’t deliver there. I had no missed calls. Was watching over my phone in case the delivery person needed help finding the place. Since I live in Ana apartment complex. The man on the other side of the phone procured to tell me he tried to call and there was nothing he could do. No I’m sorry. Nothing other than you can place the order online to get a deal. There’s nothing I can do for you. Absolutely trash. I hope the fire everyone and get a new team in there because I love dominos but the disrespect I got tonight I will never be back.
I paid extra for 2 cups of garlic butter. I even reminded them of it when I got to the store. It was total chaos so I should have known it would be left out. I'm 67 and it was pouring down rain and dark so I wasn't driving back for it. I offered to pay a delivery fee if someone could drop it off as they go by. He said they couldn't do that. He didn't even apologize. It's too much to pay for dried out pizza anyway. Probably why it's so long since we've ordered Domino's...
