I walked in and wasn't acknowledged at all for a good 3-4 mins. There was no one ahead of me and only one other person there already sitting down. Got tied of standing so I sat down and still was not acknowledged until maybe 3 mins afterwards. Certain meats on the pizza were hard and everyone that ate it ended up not feeling good by the time we made it home. I will never go back there.

Ordered a Cheese Pizza with Buffalo drizzle an it was amazing I ate the entire pizza in one sitting an for the brown cookie thing that was amazing as well 10/10 will definitely order from this dominos again in the future if I’m ever back in this area

Ordered a chikcen habanero with no jalapeños. Wrote down on instructions to make sure that they added the mango habanero sauce to it since it was listed as an ingredient on the moblie app. Onced I received the order, it did not have the sauce, called the store and spoke with willaim who said it didnt come with it despite me telling him that the moblie says it does or that ive spoke with the gm about this problem earlier this year. After he had spokewith his gm(who corrected him) offer to give me a credit or remake it and have it delivered. But done tell someone that it doesnt come with it if its listed on the moblie app. Thats false advertising and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I will be order this sandwhich alot more to see if their actually following. Lawsuit shall come if you guys dont pay attention

I came to the south gloster Tupelo location to pick up an order placed online and my visit immediately began to go wrong. When I pulled up. I noticed 3 employees outside giving each other shots in their stomachs. One of the employees comes back inside, doesn’t wash his hands and immediately starts making pizzas without gloves on. None of them had gloves on, just dirty hand in ingredients. I asked a lady inside for the manager, surprisingly the manager was one of the employees outside giving shots with dirty needles. I told them my concerns and no one was apologetic, they just gave me a receipt and told me my refund would apply within 48 hours. This happened on 7/28/25 around 7:20pm. I will be contacting higher ups with my concerns. Bad for business

My pizza was wrong. It took an hour to cook. I sat and waited on it for over 35 minutes after I had ordered it online and drove from pontotoc to pick it up. While I was there about 6 other people were waiting and pizzas were dropping out of the oven on the floor while the guys were playing music so loud that they couldn’t hear us telling them pizzas were falling on the floor and they had music playing that said the n work every 3 seconds and cussing. Also an employee took his earring out standing by the food prep station and put it in his pocket and them started putting his hands back into the food. I told the guy at the counter to make him wash his hands before touching food since his hands had been all around his ear and touching his face and that earring and he said I will. I said tell him to do it now before he puts his hands in all the food but it was too late. I’m probably calling the health department tomorrow bc I left a complaint with corporate Sunday and no one had responded. This is insane behavior also no one had gloves on. It was completely unacceptable. I would have fired everyone if o was the manager on duty that day but again I would never put up with any of this crap. I don’t understand how it’s this bad of service. I will never eat here again and I hope y’all don’t either and I hope the health department shuts this down. I have also tried to call multiple times this week to talk to a manager and no one will answer the phone so I’m putting this out into the public now.

The app made it easy to customize the pizzas just how I wanted them. One was a medium pan and the other a large New York style. I loaded them both with the max 6 toppings and hit submit.
Following along on the Tracker after about fifteen minutes my order was in the oven and I headed that way to get our order.
The parking is a bit weird and the entrance and exit is just as awkward. I parked, put in the hazards and let them app now I was there. I’m just a few minutes my order was delivered to me curbside.
Getting home both pizzas were out and fresh. Both pies were tasty but I can say that the toppings seemed a bit chincey. A good meal overall and good service.

My order took about an hour and a half to be delivered. I was very shocked at the size of a large pizza, it has definitely shrunk. The pizza tasted okay but nothing to rave about. It is abundantly clear the store is under staffed and will continue to be that way until corporate decides to pay a livable wage. No hate to the employees at all, they’re doing their best. All the heat is for corporate.

This is the worst Domino's. They are always under staffed or the employees just don't want to work while they are there. I ordered two pizzas tonight. One was supposed to have bacon and chicken, the other light on the sauce. Neither was correct. The one pizza had regular sauce and the other no chicken. I told Chris that it was wrong because there was no chicken. He said we are out of chicken. I mean it's not like they didn't have my number to call and ask if I'd like a substitute on my pizza. There were at least 10 other people waiting on their pizzas as well.
