I came to the south gloster Tupelo location to pick up an order placed online and my visit immediately began to go wrong. When I pulled up. I noticed 3 employees outside giving each other shots in their stomachs. One of the employees comes back inside, doesn’t wash his hands and immediately starts making pizzas without gloves on. None of them had gloves on, just dirty hand in ingredients. I asked a lady inside for the manager, surprisingly the manager was one of the employees outside giving shots with dirty needles. I told them my concerns and no one was apologetic, they just gave me a receipt and told me my refund would apply within 48 hours. This happened on 7/28/25 around 7:20pm. I will be contacting higher ups with my concerns. Bad for business

My pizza was wrong. It took an hour to cook. I sat and waited on it for over 35 minutes after I had ordered it online and drove from pontotoc to pick it up. While I was there about 6 other people were waiting and pizzas were dropping out of the oven on the floor while the guys were playing music so loud that they couldn’t hear us telling them pizzas were falling on the floor and they had music playing that said the n work every 3 seconds and cussing. Also an employee took his earring out standing by the food prep station and put it in his pocket and them started putting his hands back into the food. I told the guy at the counter to make him wash his hands before touching food since his hands had been all around his ear and touching his face and that earring and he said I will. I said tell him to do it now before he puts his hands in all the food but it was too late. I’m probably calling the health department tomorrow bc I left a complaint with corporate Sunday and no one had responded. This is insane behavior also no one had gloves on. It was completely unacceptable. I would have fired everyone if o was the manager on duty that day but again I would never put up with any of this crap. I don’t understand how it’s this bad of service. I will never eat here again and I hope y’all don’t either and I hope the health department shuts this down. I have also tried to call multiple times this week to talk to a manager and no one will answer the phone so I’m putting this out into the public now.

We haven’t eaten Domino’s is a bit but saw the commercial about the 9.99 pizzas and put in an order for two pies to pick up.
The app made it easy to customize the pizzas just how I wanted them. One was a medium pan and the other a large New York style. I loaded them both with the max 6 toppings and hit submit.
Following along on the Tracker after about fifteen minutes my order was in the oven and I headed that way to get our order.
The parking is a bit weird and the entrance and exit is just as awkward. I parked, put in the hazards and let them app now I was there. I’m just a few minutes my order was delivered to me curbside.
Getting home both pizzas were out and fresh. Both pies were tasty but I can say that the toppings seemed a bit chincey. A good meal overall and good service.

My order took about an hour and a half to be delivered. I was very shocked at the size of a large pizza, it has definitely shrunk. The pizza tasted okay but nothing to rave about. It is abundantly clear the store is under staffed and will continue to be that way until corporate decides to pay a livable wage. No hate to the employees at all, they’re doing their best. All the heat is for corporate.

This is the worst Domino's. They are always under staffed or the employees just don't want to work while they are there. I ordered two pizzas tonight. One was supposed to have bacon and chicken, the other light on the sauce. Neither was correct. The one pizza had regular sauce and the other no chicken. I told Chris that it was wrong because there was no chicken. He said we are out of chicken. I mean it's not like they didn't have my number to call and ask if I'd like a substitute on my pizza. There were at least 10 other people waiting on their pizzas as well.

Do not order from here if you expect your food within two hours. I ordered from here online, one hour after my order still wasn’t in the “bake stage” so I called the store They let it ring forever then I could hear them pick up the phone then hang up real fast. I called 4 more times and they did this everytime. Worst place ever. Currently over 1.5 hours and still no pizza

This establishment needs some professional help and they need it fast! I honestly don't know anywhere else in the US besides Tupelo, MS that takes 2 1/2 hours to deliver a pizza during lunch hour on a Thursday! My order was placed at 11:08 and was not delivered til 1:39. That's ridiculous!! We tried numerous times to call and cancel but was either hung up on or it rang over and over with no answer. Once it finally arrived, it was not all that warm and it looked like the ticket was printed for delivery at 12:19 so we sent it back. And don't bother filling out the complaint form on their website because all they'll offer is 20% off your next order or a free medium pizza.. LOL! This is not the first time this has happened either. I'd be embarrassed if I was the manager (heard his name was Marcus) or proprietor at this Dominos

Love their pizza. BUT lately, it's been taking forever to get orders. They have to be short staffed because on 3 separate occasions this week, we orders from Dominos, and it took an hour or longer....ON CHEESE BREAD.

If it was possible to give a 0/5, I would. This dominoes is by far the worst pizza place I think I have ever encountered. The restaurant is filthy to the point where there are bugs (and I mean allllllll kinds of bugs) and flies everywhere inside of the kitchen and the lobby. Moreover, I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a place that was more incapable of running than this specific location. As of the time of this writing (9:20pm), my pizza has been being “prepped” for well over an hour. If that wasn’t bad enough, there was someone inside who had been waiting on a pizza since 6:00pm and had still yet to receive a pizza (as a reminder it was 9:20pm when I walked in). On top of all of this, the staff inside was completely oblivious to the fact that they had MULTIPLE people waiting 2+ hours for a pizza.
Just made this review to tell anyone who is thinking about coming to this location for food to AVOID THIS LOCATION BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE. I mean that sincerely. They will not even refund people who cannot get their pizza so you have no choice but to wait for hours, or waste money,

Pulled up to this location after ordering and waiting for 2 hours, only to find out that the MANAGER WALKED OUT ON THEM, left them with almost no one to cook and only delivery drivers. There was a customer in the back making her own pizza. The workers were so nice despite being frustrated. SHAME on that manager for leaving those employees like that.
