Downunder is a favorite of mine. Their usual dinner menu and drinks are great. However, I watch their social media for their weekend specials. They are phenomenal. This past Valentine’s Day made me write this review. They had a special menu. Choice of salad. The entree was either a Gorgonzola crusted filet with mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes and Brussels or a seafood linguini scampi. 🦞 🦪 🦐 🍝

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the service is great. The bar is open late, perfect for a fun night out. A must-visit spot in Tupelo with amazing food and drinks. During special occasions like Valentine’s Day, they offer a special menu with options such as seafood linguini scampi, which many guests find exceptionally delicious. The seafood is fresh, and the pasta is cooked perfectly. The steak, especially the 12-ounce ribeye, is cooked to medium rare and is considered the best by many visitors. The desserts, like tiramisu, are also highly recommended. Many people come to Downunder not just for the late-night bar experience but for the food, especially the specials. The bartenders can craft many cocktails beyond the standard menu.
