So disappointed. I purchased the Halloween doughnut holes bucket & it was just plain doughnut holes and bucket was cracked with no lid! Waste of money.

I was reading the reviews and they weren’t that beautiful, but I had a great experience here, walking in the staff were super friendly and made sure they acknowledged me, I got five little munchkins that were amazing, I had never been to this location, but I was just swinging through town, but Amazing and very pleasurable experience! This is a great team!

The woman yelled at us when we got to the speaker sayint “Welcome to Dunkin”. Should have drove off. Anyways ordered a butter pecan iced coffee. She asked what we wanted added to it. I said what do you mean? She listed off the different milks etc in a very sarcastic tone. I said I guess oat milk. Every time before I’ve never been asked that question so I had no idea what she meant. So out coffee is very bitter not sweet at all. Waste of $10. Every time before it was really good and they were nice.

I typically enjoy my food here at morning after work. But the coffee - why fill a medium only half way up with coffee and the rest foam? I feel a little ripped off.
This location is always out of products. Low inventory. This is caused by 2 things. 1 lack of preparation on the manager or 2 not wanting to prepare a drink that may be out already. This is not the Dunkin standard. Love this place but this location is a huge disappointment compared to the east coast Dunkin’s.

The food and coffee is standard Dunkin’ quality. The service was great until we went to the bathroom and someone threw away our stuff including mostly full coffees and a toy our child brought in.
