This dunkin has been my best experience since opening I'm from.a big city so when I first arrived it was only starbucks I was overjoyed when yall opened. The staff has always been pleasant and I still see 1 or 2 staff who has been there since opening I enjoy that overall I love this dunkin dont ever leave

The girl couldn’t get our order right even though we explained and showed her what we order three different times. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not but definitely wasn’t worth the 15 dollars I spent.

I had orderer in my app and they were closed due to air conditioning issues. Which I understand. However I had already paid. Unlike other places in Tupelo that we have dealt with, they got in contact with my almost immediately. The next day I went up there and was greeted by Ms.Bre , who I talked to twice on the phone. She jumped up and took care of me with a smile and threw in a couple free donuts for the trouble. By far the BEST customer service in Tupelo!
