Visit at 8:00 am 4/23/24, the girl at the drive thru window has taken my order incorrectly multiple times. It's nothing complex at all, just coffee and sugar. She always in a rush and as a result the ordered are entered into the system incorrectly. The coffee today was not made to the Dunkin' frustrated with always wasting money at this location, returning back to Starbucks.

They have a major issue with consistency. Ordered an iced coffee with 3 sugars and they did not include any sugar, kindly asked them to correct the drink and they added at least 6 sugars. Had to toss the drink. I visit a couple of times per week on avg but the issues are getting worse. I’ve started to visit Starbucks instead.

I didn't know that a doughnut could be bad but I found it this am. The doughnut was cold and hard with very little icing and the Chai tea was cold. So very disappointing. I have never had worse.

Always clean and smells great. Love the mocha frappe. I always get it with an espresso shot. It's a hit or miss on how good it'll be though. Sometimes perfect sometime blew. I do not like their donuts though. They're too dry and just awful honestly. But the service and coffee is good. Only place I get coffee from.

I love dunkin' and hope they decide to open more stores closer to us like maybe fulton. This dunkin is always clean. The staff is always pleasant and happy to provide their customers with quality service. If you have not tried them for a coffee or breakfast, I would recommend stopping by and checking them out. Hands down the best coffee around, in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: They have many kid friendly options.
