Breakfast sausage is gray and undercooked. Lunch smoked chicken and brisket is too smoked. Is it truly smoked or smoked seasoning. I normally don’t complain but it’s not good

I'm always excited when we get Emma's at office lunches. I've had multiple things from them and it always tastes fresh and good quality. There was smoked pork once that had the BEST bark on it, and I am very particular about my 'cue. The desserts are always top tier cobblers and bread puddings and always brought with lots of homemade whipped cream.

Emma’s catered my company’s lunches for a few weeks while we were in the Tupelo area. The food and service was good but I have to say, if you or anyone in your group has any food allergies, I would not trust this catering service. I have Celiac disease and as a result, HIGHLY allergic to gluten - which is found in products that contain wheat, barley, and/or rye in them. For two weeks, my meals were marked as “gluten free” and trusted that to be so... but come to find out on the last day, the manager didn’t actually know what gluten was! He said on the phone, “I didn’t know that pasta had gluten in it!” A week later, I am still sick from unknowingly consuming multiple meals I was allergic to. Completely unacceptable for a catering service to not do due-diligence for an allergy and mark meals as free of allergy when they are not! It would’ve even just been better if they let us know they couldn’t provide these types of meals. Hoping by writing this, it prevents others from having a similar or worse allergy experience here.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had anywhere! They brought lunch to our office today. Everything was perfect. Superb blackberry bread pudding to top it off. Highly recommend!!!

I've used Emma's catering on a couple of occasions, and can't say enough about how accommodating they were. The food was great! They brought the food, set it up, served, and cleaned up. It was a "no hassle" event for us! From a small event to a very large, I would HIGHLY recommend Emma's!
