1 hour, 21 minutes waiting on one medium Hero sandwich just to be told, rudely, that they don’t have the ingredients to make the sandwich and will have to refund. Honestly blown away.

It looks like every recent bad review is the same as what mine is about to be… So, how do you fix it? The food is always good in but is it worth the wait? There is only 1 competent worker working. She’s doing virtually everything. Two workers sitting down eating while one worker is making all the sandwiches, i’ve watched 4 total people walk out in 25 mins that i’ve been waiting.. Understaffed isn’t the case but, a lack of competent staff. Can i get a response other than what you strive for and a response on how you’ll fix this ongoing issue.. This is 2:25-2:55 on March 24th. Also the air didn’t seem to be working. It was probably 75-80 degrees in there.

Food is great always is. But dont put on my order that it'll be done at a certain time and then it not be done until 20 minutes afterward. And their not understaffed or busy so there shouldn't that big of a discrepancy between order ready time and the actual time it's ready.

I went here on my lunch on 2/26/24 and I really do enjoy the food hear. But my only problem was that after I ordered my food I noticed that the lady that checked me out seemed mad or irritated with something I didn’t think much of it but after I sat down I noticed that she went to the bathroom and started coughing then she came out then probably about a minute later she went right back in and 100% she was throwing up in there I lost my appetite. I don’t blame her if she was sick but for heaven sakes please send someone home if there not feeling well especially dealing with food

Didn’t appear to be too busy when we walked in so we ordered, then noticed no one had their food. Shortly after , a man brought in boxes and boxes of bread. Apparently they were out of bread but didn’t bother to tell anyone. 75% of the customers were trying to eat lunch and get back for a soccer game. Our kids didn’t get to eat…we had to run them to the fields…going on over 30 minutes now and still haven’t gotten our food. Edited to add: order wasn’t even correct once we received it but we had to GO! Won’t be back.
I simply wanted to pick up my online order. I walked in at 12:15. The app showed it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Orders were being called out as they were completed. At the time my order showed it was ready I asked about it. No, they said. It was a “couple of tickets back.” So I waited. More orders were called out. I waited. At 12:50 I checked to see what could’ve happened. My order had been sitting behind the counter. No one bothered to call it. Even tho they knew I was and had been waiting a long time. Never again.
