Good evening! After visiting the Hardee’s in Verona Mississippi store #2227 the service was not professional nor was the food fresh! The staff that is on this shift 6:17 pm 10-17-2025 did not show any customer service and provided no concern about the food being cold because after I stated that the food wasn’t fresh she became “ the staff member on duty” soft argumentative about the food was fresh and clearly after she touched it and saw that it was truly not fresh! She began to curse softly under her breath stating that “I know damn well that chicken is fresh!” She went on mumbling about she had to call her boss to get permission to refund my money! Sorry I wasn’t more descriptive!

The sign said $6.99 special. But was charged $7.59 false advertisement. The worker said i don't know why I am just a cashier Very poor service. The ham sandwich was cold since I had to wait for fries at least they were hot. The reason for 3 stars.
Worst Hardies I've been to. Ask for coffee at 200 pm and the person said they didn't have coffee and didn't offer to make any. Had creamer on counter with all the fixing but strangely she didn't know how to make coffee I'm assuming. I will not even go back to this Hardies. They should be reported to company. All they wanted to do is talk loud and laugh. Sad place to stop at.
