Saved the night! Thank you ShacQuira for such good service. We had driven 12 hours and was planning to eat elsewhere but was told it would be an hour wait. So we came to Hardee’s and was greeted and served so pleasantly. I’m so glad we were able get good food and service after that.

My husband ordered a hamburger and specifically asked if they could do it as a lettuce wrap since my husband is gluten intolerant. They said yes, they do lettuce wraps. He also asked for NO cheese. After we drove off to sit down somewhere to eat, he reached for his burger and realized it was NOT a lettuce wrap. It had one small piece of lettuce sitting on top of it, AND it had melted chz on it! They clearly did not follow instructions.

When it comes to service, it all depends on who is standing at the counter, I have met 3 different ladies and 2 of them are great, that 3rd one .. no words. I have no idea how she still has her JOB !!! Trust me when I say, she is not there to help you or even give you enough attention to place your order.

Normally enjoy what I get from Hardee's. It is usually one of my main go-to's when I need fast food. However, the store was not busy at all, at the speaker, I was met with an exasperated sigh, and the assembly of the food was subpar. On a positive note, the fries were hot and fresh.
10/10 the customer service was amazing the pregnant lady there was so sweet and the food was really good and hot

This is just sad. The chicken is extremely small, it tastes burnt, and it's as hard as a rock. This was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had.

Came in early was greated by both women in the front area. Both were very friendly. Order was taken exactly the way I asked, then read back to me to make sure it was correct since it was made special. The cook was also friendly was always smiling and made all food cooked to order. The food was very fresh and made exactly how it was ordered. The store was clean, will definitely be back.

5 piece chicken tenders were just 4 of what looked like tiny nuggets, the 5th was hard crunchy dough with no chicken. Girl at the drivethrough was NOT friendly, no smile. they are OK for breakfast but will not go any other time
