Worst Hardee’s on this side of the Mississippi

Picked up an order and didn't realize there was an error until getting back to work. Error was not a big deal, one patty when I ordered two. That happens. The difference between a one star, or a five star, review is how the restaurant handles it. Hardees nailed it. Customer service is nearly nonexistent nowadays so when I called, it was so refreshing to see somebody actually still understands what it is. Latasha is a star. Great job!

This is VERY unacceptable. This has been TWICE my chicken biscuit come this way. Never had to complain until now. Hopefully something gets done about it. Thanks in advance.
Food was hot, quick and reasonably priced. Restaurant was crowded but had plenty of tables available. I believe this particular restaurant to be one of the busiest Hardee’s. Coffee was hit and good. Only fault is not being able to have fried or actually scrambled eggs instead of egg sheets

My butter biscuit had the butter in the outside making a messy item to eat. Other locations split the biscuit open to put the butter inside which is much better.
