We had the best service from Amber Hodges. Service is always good at Harvey’s but Amber was excellent!! Never had to ask for anything.

I cannot rate the food because we did not have any. We entered the restaurant at 445 this past Sunday the 12th of October. We were sat immediately and the restaurant was pretty empty. We were sat just outside the kitchen door. Servers were in and out but we were never approached. After sitting for 15 minutes with nothing we decided to leave. I was very disappointed and felt let down. Absolutely poor service.

Waitress and hostess both rude. Our salads came out and as soon as they hit the table, our food came out. To tell you how quick, we didn't even get our dressing on the salads. Then they proceeded to leave our food sitting out on the trays bc we were not ready for it. Needless to say, our food was cold when ready to eat it..
Service was exceptional, Phoabe was very attentive without hovering, and as always the food was perfect.

We recently celebrated two very special occasions at Harvey’s Restaurant in Tupelo, Mississippi—my first cousin Ricky’s 70th birthday and his 43rd wedding anniversary with his wife Linda. From the very start, the experience was fantastic. Pat, the manager, was incredibly accommodating, letting us arrive early to set up all our decorations that we brought from Georgia. Our waitress, Erin, was amazing—she not only helped with the decorations but was also incredibly supportive on a personal level. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and overall, Harvey’s made this celebration truly memorable. Highly recommend it!
