Waited too long to get order placed. Would have been ok if it had been busy. Only about 6 customers in restaurant at the time. Bacon was flimsy and not cooked crisp per request. Food barely warm. No butter on toast and no butter or jelly available on table. Never checked back to see if needed anything.

IHOP is a solid choice for a tasty breakfast any time of day. The pancakes are always fluffy, and they've got a huge menu with something for everyone. What really makes this IHOP stand out, though, is the awesome service. Jacobe, the manager, clearly runs a tight ship, and it shows in how well the staff works together.
Brandon, one of the workers, always makes sure everyone's taken care of with a smile. You can tell he takes pride in his job.
Overall, great food and even better service make this IHOP a winner. Definitely worth a visit!

I had a fantastic experience at the IHOP in Tupelo! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really made my visit stand out was the excellent customer service. Jacobe and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — they were both friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about making your meal enjoyable, but they did exactly that. I’ll definitely be back thanks to them. Highly recommend!

Ate here 7/19. Service was absolutely terrible. Waitress acted like it was an inconvenience to serve us. Food was mediocre, and the place could have definitely used a cleaning.

The server we had was wonderful...can't remember his name...most of the food was good...I gave a 2 rating because my country fried steak...was wayyy over cooked....almost burnt....didn't send it back because I was too hungry to wait on another one...but everything else was good.
