I should have known not to go here. The food was cold!! Couldn't find the waitress to put it in the microwave. Once she brought our food, she was long gone up in the hills or something!!! NO more coffee, nothing. Sad, I'm getting to HATE eating in TUPELO!!! Oh, I got the Colorado Omelette, BTW!! MUST OF ORDERED IT IN THE WINTER WITH IT BEING DELIEVERED SO COLD.

At first they were slow as could be. Then at the our waitress, Taylor, asked what I wanted to give her as a tip in front of the entire table. Pressured I gave her tip. She then rung up the tip at a higher amount than what I said. This place commits fraud.

Had a great, relaxing meal here with my husband. We came here for date night and the food was perfect and our server Jonathan was very nice and professional and definitely helped make the experience pleasant!

It was very slow tonight when me and the wife came out to eat but the food was delicious and our server was really good anything we needed he was right there to make sure we had a good experience his name is Johnathan he said he’s the new assistant manager in training and he definitely deserves it we definitely enjoy coming here to eat breakfast for dinner sometimes

Would give 0 stars if it was an option, they try to force you to pay “gratuity” (tip) if you are bringing more than 5 or more people to a table. Regardless if they are on separate tickets. Also had terrible service had to ask for things multiple times someone get dody outta that establishment. Didn’t know what some of the items were on the menu.

Today they gave me bad service. I ordered a breakfast sampler but the waitress only brought me the eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, but not my pancakes. Really bad service and she had the audacity to say I was ready to check out.

I was argued from the cooks. They lied and said my real pork bacon was, Turkey bacon. I sent my order back, after having to get my own food, from the service area. We waited 20-30 mins to be seated. I was starving, this was the only place open at night. I had to get my own extra napkins. We waited 10mins for our drinks. Then they were not refilled. Terrible experience!! I was in between moving, I had no other option. I will never return. And, the waitress was awful!

Even though my wife & daughter had some issues with their meals. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed ours. The wait wasn't long and the food was hot and very flavorful.

I've NEVER been to an IHOP that was closed to dine in! Only doing to go orders. All the staff except a cook and the hostess went home! Then, the short stack of pancakes I had to wait 10 minutes for weren't even hot, luke warm at best!! I'm very disappointed!!!!
