This restaurant is what happens when you have employees that don’t give a damn. Two employees talking through the speaker doesn’t make things go faster. Neither does forgetting to add cheese when it’s ordered. There’s fast food options everywhere and this place isn’t on the list anymore.

When going through drive thru I cannot exactly complain about service and atmosphere, however they forgot the asked for condiment and even more than that, our milkshakes were barely half full. Really sad about this, I’m a fan of Jacks….

Jack's has grown on me a good bit since coming back to our area. This location was not as satisfying as some of the others. The burger I got was cold and barely had anything on it, so that made it super dry. My husband's was good, though no issue with his. My biggest dislike was the number of fries they give you. This is at all the locations. For some reason, they are very stingy with the fries! I make sure to upsize to large, but still you can usually count the number of fries they give you on two hands, which is ridiculous to me. It is almost to the point where I am ready to stop coming back for this reason. I can look over having an off day on fixing my burger once in a while. But when I have to pay so much for a combo and get 8 to 10 fries, it annoys me. Especially considering that is my favorite item they have.

It was the middle of lunchtime but yet the Food was cold and when I dropped a milk shake at the condiment station, employees ignored me and said they wouldn't make another without purchasing it. Chicken strips and mashed potatoes were great and so were the shakes. My main issue was them asking us to pull forward in the drive thru while 8 more cars ordered and were handed their food for us to watch hungrily!
