Hit or miss on the service and politeness of the staff. Last visit was pretty good, the gentleman welcome us in and didn't give a rushing attitude. One of my favorite things about Jack's is the dining room with the fireplace. It's not overly stimulating as some fast food places. The food can be good too, they have some good deals that are relatively cheaper than competitors.

i ordered a shake through the app and i had paid for it already and i didn't want to go through the trouble of getting a refund and they offered me something to make up for my order then gave me a free burger. Did you know jacks has 1$ burgers on tuesday, i didn't either. Great service i mess around with the Jacks. There truck didn't come in on time that's why i couldn't get the shake. Good Deal

This restaurant is what happens when you have employees that don’t give a damn. Two employees talking through the speaker doesn’t make things go faster. Neither does forgetting to add cheese when it’s ordered. There’s fast food options everywhere and this place isn’t on the list anymore.
