When going through drive thru I cannot exactly complain about service and atmosphere, however they forgot the asked for condiment and even more than that, our milkshakes were barely half full. Really sad about this, I’m a fan of Jacks….

Jack's has grown on me a good bit since coming back to our area. This location was not as satisfying as some of the others. The burger I got was cold and barely had anything on it, so that made it super dry. My husband's was good, though no issue with his. My biggest dislike was the number of fries they give you. This is at all the locations. For some reason, they are very stingy with the fries! I make sure to upsize to large, but still you can usually count the number of fries they give you on two hands, which is ridiculous to me. It is almost to the point where I am ready to stop coming back for this reason. I can look over having an off day on fixing my burger once in a while. But when I have to pay so much for a combo and get 8 to 10 fries, it annoys me. Especially considering that is my favorite item they have.

1st time ever eating at Jack's on West Main St. 1st time in 2 years eating at any fast food restaurant. It was the middle of lunchtime but yet the Food was cold and when I dropped a milk shake at the condiment station, employees ignored me and said they wouldn't make another without purchasing it. The worst customer service . My food was cold at 11 o'clock. I got a half a box of fries. No ice in my drink. I will never visit another Jack's restaurant ever.

Chicken strips and mashed potatoes were great and so were the shakes. My main issue was them asking us to pull forward in the drive thru while 8 more cars ordered and were handed their food for us to watch hungrily!

If I could give negative stars it would be a negative 5
I have given multiple opportunities to do a better job, but will not be back. When placing your order if you need more than one item you have to tell them before they close your transaction. As soon as you tell them the first item they will just tell you to pull around without giving total. Once you get to window they are very rude and this morning she was actually on FaceTime and only said 2 words to me. If the staff is going to work in fast food they shouldn’t be so rude and be willing to make it a pleasant visit for customer.
