We went through the drive through. Worker taking our order kept cutting off my pregnant girlfriend and acted like she didn’t want us there. When we got our food, we both got a large fry but the fries barely reached the middle of the container. I understand having a bad day, but in any customer service industry you can’t let that affect your level of service. Will not be coming back to this Jacks when there is a better one, albeit further from our house.

Jack’s on South Gloster in Tupelo is the best!! I go through almost every morning and they’re always friendly and fast. Even when I was paying with nickels, dimes and pennies, they made me feel welcome.
Cashier was very rude. Cheeseburger was cold. Chicken tenders were barely warm. Fries were at least hot. Get some new employees who actually care.
