Skinny girl in the drive thru with long braids and 0 customer service skills on 9/24 @ 5:45pm charged me for an apple pie ala mode when I ordered a pie.
I actually asked for a strawberry and cream pie and they said they only had apple and I said oh ok.. Well then I’ll take an apple pie. I just looked at my receipt after getting home and I was charged three dollars for an apple pie ala mode instead of $1.59 for a pie.
She’s either just as bad at her actual job (order taking) as she is customer service (soft skills) or she’s purposefully overcharging. Either way terrible all the way around.
Do better Jacks. Your reviews aren’t great. Change happens at the top. I’d find a replacement for braids as well as the manager on duty tonight.
She runs a loose ship. Loose ships sink Jack.

So glad there's a chance right close to the hospital. I had to stay at the hospital for over a week and I visited Jack's every single day maybe even more than once. With each and every visit the food was great the service was great in the atmosphere was great.

Kayla Dilworth and her team at Tupelo #317 are phenomenal!! I placed a big order with a different company this morning and was told it’d be ready at 6:30 AM (I placed it at 5:11AM) Long story short, it wasn’t ready. The order was for my asphalt crew who usually leaves early to get their day started. I was frustrated and feared I wouldn’t get my team breakfast like I had promised them. Went down the street to this Jacks, placed a last minute big order, and they had it done within 20 minutes. No complaining, no ignoring me, just friendly, 5 Star customer service. Kayla Dilworth, you didn’t even know how bad my morning was going and you went out of your way to ensure I got what I needed. I work in HR and YOU are the exact type of person every company needs. Thank you Kayla and team for turning my morning around and for your kindness! You accommodated me and all the others coming to your location all at once. And our guys loved the biscuits!😊
