Jack’s on South Gloster in Tupelo is the best!! I go through almost every morning and they’re always friendly and fast. Even when I was paying with nickels, dimes and pennies, they made me feel welcome.

Best burger and fries; we went late and they were still ready to serve and be friendly! Popeyes didn’t want our service! I’m glad because it was a great meal at jacks! Thank you! Job well done!
I feel bad for giving a bad review because the lady behind the register was nice. I had never been to a jacks before but it seemed really unorganized and food was just kind of lukewarm and not that good tbh

This was our first time trying this chain on a road trip. My family said the burgers were great. Sweet tea wasn't the best, but it was no big deal. I got the chicken finger plate w/ a side of mashed potatoes, green beans, and a biscuit. Chicken and biscuit were good and fresh, but my green beans and mashed potatoes were COLD. They were colder than room temperature, but not straight out of the refrigerator. After 2 bites of each, I decided it wasn't worth risking food poisoning while on vacation. We were already back on the road, so we didn't turn around to ask for fresh. The cost was good and the servers were friendly. I was disappointed in my plate. Will try again another time.
