Dear Jimmy John’s Corporate, please staff this place or close it. Tupelo needs a functioning restaurant in this location. After waiting 12 mins in a drive through line that wasn’t moving at all, I just drove away. The service has become slower and slower over the past 4 years. Definitely not Freaky Fast. I’m done with Jimmy John’s.

They were not freaky fast. In fact, they were damn slow. The bathroom was out of paper towels and was dirty. Firstbtime going to a jimmy johns and i probably will skip out on ever going to another one.

I used to love Jimmy John’s. Now they have one person taking the orders, running cash register and fixing sandwiches without changing his gloves. This is absolutely disgusting 🤢 🤮. Basically cross contamination. I purchased that sandwich but I threw it in the trash. I will never go back again. Do better Jimmy John’s. People are spending their hard earn money at your restaurant and we deserve better service.

Sometimes they don’t have bread. Sometimes they don’t have ham. Sometimes, they don’t answer when you drive up to the drive-through speaker. Sometimes, the guy at the drive through speaker vapes outside while he takes your order. Sometimes they have one person operating the register, making the sandwiches, and working the drive-through window. When those things don’t happen, the food is kind of ok. Overall, the place is a disaster.

I LOVE jimmy John’s. Unfortunately, this store is pathetic, unprofessional, poorly managed (if managed at all), and rude. Today was my last shot at ordering here. I’ve had issues in the last several years however the last three orders have been unacceptable. So this is the last straw. If you order delivery, prepare for it to take an hour and a half to two hours to receive your order, that is if you receive it at all. Experience 1/3- I ordered, an hour and 15 minutes later my ring camera shows a man get out of the car, walk halfway to my door, turn around and leave. Obviously I never received my food, even though it said delivered on the app. I called the store. Spoke with manager (supposedly) who told me they used a third party delivery service and they must have stolen it. Do I want to get it another one? Well, no. I don’t have another two hours to wait on lunch. Second - an hour and a half goes by. Order says delivered. Call the store the “manager” said he sent the girl out with my food an hour ago. Ok, well. Where is she? Again, I don’t want to reorder and wait another two hours. Today - order at 12:46 for delivery. App never shows “out for delivery”. At 1:55, I Call the store, “hi, I placed a delivery order can I please get an update?” The person hangs up the phone. Call a second time, the phone picks up but no one is on the line I can only hear background noise. Call a third time. I say the same thing, whomever I spoke to was rude and short while telling me “they should be on their way, you are paying cash so we had to call someone in.” Hangs up on me again. I finally receive my order at 2:15. The food is delicious as always, by the way. However, if you are unable to deliver your orders efficiently, why offer that option. If you don’t have staff to deliver, why offer the option to pay with cash? Oddly enough I just received a notification as I’m typing this that my order is out for delivery… I already received it, but thank you. I hate writing this. Never leave reviews. Didn’t want to spend time doing this. But please get it together because I love the food.

We were traveling through Tupelo and wanted to stop at Jimmy Johns for some sandwiches. We went through the drive thru to and ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 wrap. We asked for two little johns with ham, cheese, and mayo only. We asked for a #5 add jimmy peppers and mayo. We asked for a jalapeño chicken wrap with no tomatoes or red pepper flakes. After getting our food and getting back on the road, we realized we got:

- Little john with ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
- Little john with ham, cheese, lettuce, and mayo.
- #5 with mayo (no peppers)
- a wrap with lettuce, chicken and ranch only.

We are huge fans of Jimmy Johns and hate complaining but this visit was such a let down.
