I stopped Friday June 27 and ordered Turkey Tom. I live 20 min from town. When I unwrapped sandwich, there was no turkey or cheese. Just tomatoes, lettuce & mayo. I called manager. He apologized, said he would refund money plus give me a sandwich for my inconvenience. I stopped today. Everyone was playing grab-ass and looked at me like I was a fool. I checked and no one ever refunded my money. 30 minutes of my life wasted. How do you not put turkey on a turkey sandwich?

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!! We ordered for my work and the delivery driver was called back to the restaurant without delivering our food because of a “rush”. Be so for real. Then they wouldn’t give us a refund without voiding the whole order so our lunch break was over before we even got our food. Complete trash

I'm not sure where these one star reviewers ate but it wasn't in Tupelo. Visited the store 6/5/25 around 5. Store was clean had four or five folks working. Tried the new toasted sub. Wonderful!!!! Definitely recommend. So much meat on the sandwich it kept falling out when I took a bite. Got my order within 3 minutes of ordering. Great value as well!!! Highly recommend.
Can’t rate their food because all occasions I’ve been there, I have left without any food! Service is terrible.

Dear Jimmy John’s Corporate, please staff this place or close it. Tupelo needs a functioning restaurant in this location. After waiting 12 mins in a drive through line that wasn’t moving at all, I just drove away. The service has become slower and slower over the past 4 years. Definitely not Freaky Fast. I’m done with Jimmy John’s.

They were not freaky fast. In fact, they were damn slow. The bathroom was out of paper towels and was dirty. Firstbtime going to a jimmy johns and i probably will skip out on ever going to another one.

I used to love Jimmy John’s. Now they have one person taking the orders, running cash register and fixing sandwiches without changing his gloves. This is absolutely disgusting 🤢 🤮. Basically cross contamination. I purchased that sandwich but I threw it in the trash. I will never go back again. Do better Jimmy John’s. People are spending their hard earn money at your restaurant and we deserve better service.
