I simply love this place! Not only are the smoothies good and natural but the customer service is top tier! I travel to Tupelo a few times a month from Nashville and every time Iām here I have to come by Juva! The young lady literally remembers my order and makes me feel welcome. She even begin to carry ingredients that I requested. Long story short Juva is Ju-amazing!

I used to love Juva for breakfast, but lately it has been very different. Iāll ask for an add-on like peanut butter, and it wonāt be there despite paying for it. Today I pulled up and no other customers were parked outside or waiting in the drive thru. It took 5+ minutes for someone to come to the window. I tried yelling outside the window, honking my horn multiple times in different ways, and calling them (their number was out of service). Eventually the employee took my order, but not with any type of good attitude. If I canāt guarantee that Iāll get service quick enough to not be late for work, that the order will be correct, or that the customer service will be good, Iām really going to re-think my breakfast options. Very disappointed, especially when you try to support local.
Sad to post a negative review, because I keep going -almost everydayš© I just need to know why does online ordering hardly ever work properly? I frequently use online ordering because itās supposed to be convenient it is not when dealing with Juva, Tupelo. Staff is nice for the most part, owner could definitely used customer service skills.
