I had went to Juva to make a purchase. Upon arriving at 7:02 pm, the place seemed to be closed. Even though the closing time online stated that they closed at 8:00pm. I feel that if a business is closing early. The they should update their new times online to prevent customers fromhaving this type of issue.

Went through Tupelo location today and ordered a Flex on the Beach with Chis seeds (which I've ordered at two different locations and liked them). These had absolutely NO taste whatsoever. Tasted like an extremely watered down chocolate milkshake. Could not even taste the banana or the chia seeds! Bleck!
i've been here twice in the past month. first time i walked in the front entrance and i got a mango protein smoothie and it was really good.i walked up today and the front entrance was locked and the employees just looked at me like i was silly for trying to open the door.there was no obvious signange that said the front entrance was closed.i work in the facility next to Juva and i can't justify driving here when i can walk here in 3 minutes.i'm sure the drive thru works, but i'm not driving 7 minutes to wait in line for x minutes to drive another 7 minutes back to my parking spot.

Difficult location.It's drive thru only, but it does not clearly state that and you can't see the menu until you are at the window.Prices are too high for the hassle.

It seems like they always have a “new” person working. The last 3 times we have been, they have had to remake smoothies for us, they do not know what each type of smoothie should have in it, they “forget” the protein, etc. For the price, the service should be better.
