The customer service is horrible. Had a window slammed on us when asking for BBQ sauce (even though we had already ordered it at the speaker). This was after they forgot one of our meals as well. They made it seem like we were inconveniencing them by coming there.

I came to this location on Saturday 1/25. They could not sell any chicken until after a catering order was done. Then I came to this location today 1/27 for an original breast meal. Which they had as a 3pc. It was corrected but then gave me the wrong size. I also wanted a bowl but they was out of nuggets. Then I wanted 2 crispy wings and a biscuit. They have nothing but breast in crispy. I'm done with this kfc it's always something when I come here. I come here because it's in my neighborhood. But it is the sorriest kfc in the city.

A National Chain Restaurant that does not stock Artificial Sweetener is Ridiculous!
These Big Chain Restaurants don’t care about Customer Service anymore and their Prices are Too high!!
And KFC used to have the Best and Most Consistent Gravy in the Fast Food World now it is Tasteless, right out of cheap no name powder packet!!
If you don’t check your bag you will not have any condiments, napkins, straws or plastic ware.

This is what you get in a 16 pc family dinner meal. We ordered an extra breast and extra leg too. Received 1 breast. 10 wings, 2 thighs, and 3 legs. That's it. Ordered extra mashed potatoes did not receive. Ordered 4 10 pc apple pie poppers, and we received only one. A month ago when we ordered online and drove 20 minutes to pick it up, got to the drive thru and was told they were out of chicken and could not fill our order but people in front of us and behind us received their orders... all I got was a refund from corporate email 3 days later. You can not trust this establishment. They have screwed us every time we have ordered. Should just put on menu, a bucket of random chicken pieces, not 4 of each piece because you will never get them. I will never go back here. We spend nearly $100 on each visit and never receive what we order correctly. My family was counting on 5 breasts, not 10 wings. Or to be told that we would have to substitute and given a choice if we wanted the substitution before driving home and finding out we were screwed over yet again. There's no way to check your order in the car to make sure that they give you what you ordered in the bucket. This place and their staff is a joke. They should be fired. Every time we try to call go get the order fixed, the phone is off the hook. Never again. Even though I love KFC, these people can't be trusted to come through. We.are.done.

Theres a manager by the name of Stephanie and she’s as sweet as she can be and very professional she goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers she made sure that all the food was fresh

The customer service experience was HORR today (June 17, 2024) and I was subjected to waiting an extremely long time in the drive-thru from around 6:30pm-6:55pm due to the hoodrat employees complaining to the customer in the car in front of me about their food orders being backed up. I finally drove around to the window to try to inquire about what was happening and the hoodrat employees just ignored me and gave me a nasty look. After several moments later, one of the unpleasant and unprofessional hoodrats came to the window with a horrible disposition and never greeted me with a smile nor did she ask me what I wanted and she ignored me when I asked what was taking so long at the drive thru speaker. So after I asked her if I could get an extra piece of chicken for my inconvenience, she just walked away and started telling (I’m guessing the other hoodrat wearing the black and white checkered shirt is a manager?) another hoodrat employee about me asking if I could have an extra piece of chicken for my inconvenience of waiting in the drive thru so long and the other hoodrat employee started talking loud, disrespectful and belligerent towards me by saying, “Naw, she can’t have free chicken! That’s coming out of my paycheck! We can’t help it that our orders got backed up…”. This caused another employee (black male) to come from the back area to look directly at me and give me a nasty look too. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior and they are the ones who signed up for this job voluntarily. And if they can’t handle the responsibilities, pressure and the duties of this job, then they should quit and either find a toilet or somebody’s backside to clean or do something else and get out of the way of the workflow of this company.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered online and when I got there to pickup I was informed they were out of chicken. How does a chicken place not have any chicken? If you've ran out close the store!

I ordered an 8 piece box of original chicken, I even waited 10 minutes for it. I also ordered a large. potatoes and a large slaw and 5 chicken legs. When I got home I had 4 breast that were crispy, no other chicken was in the bucket. I had 2 large slaws, and no potatoes. My order was $37.95. For that kind of $ I would love to get what I paid for. I WON'T be back !

Non-friendly window employees. It was pouring down rain and I could hardly see menu. I asked if I could come to the pick up window to ask questions and place order. I was told that I could ask my questions from where I was. I told them thank you and left. No order placed. I was the only customer in line.

In Tupelo Mississippi. Best KFC ever! Tasted like original...old school! Most excellent! Fast, friendly service. Food was smoking hot and fresh. Had original recipe.
