Restaurant was dirty and chicken and biscuit (deformed) was dried out and old...customer service was not good...I returned the chicken and asked for my money back.

There are two ladies working right now and they are doing fantastic. I had a huge online order and it was ready quicker than expected. They are short staffed but they are doing what it takes to run this place and they are doing it well. Whatever they are getting paid it ain’t enough, especially the lady working cash register. The store would not be running without her, she deserves recognition.

Three separate times, various days and times, I have been told by this KFC on West Main in Tupelo, MS, that they do not have any pot pies. On Saturday at noon, the date of this review they are out again! Who does not prepare for the lunch crowd on a Saturday! I will NEVER return to that KFC ever again. I hope that one goes out of business!!! I drove away with nothing.

The customer service leaves much to be desired. They have no problems charging you for items, the just have a problem giving them to you. I have sent many emails to corporate and they always tell me how sorry they are that I had issues and they’ll have someone get in touch with me, but that has yet to happen. It might just be better to drive the extra few miles to one of the Gloster stores.

Had to wait a long time for some of order to be cooked. The only part of the family meals we liked was the Mac & cheese. It was quite good. The chicken was very greasy. Very disappointed in the entire experience, especially after seeing the price! Talk about OVERPRICED!!!!
