I ordered a mixed bucket and paid more because I only like white meat. The bucket was only dark meat. The biscuits were nearly raw and they looked like someone had put their thumb through them . I ordered the meal to get biscuits but they were awful!

Went today 8-07-2025! Smart mouth black lady at the window should be fired. She kept talking to other people in the background while I was trying to place our order and said “Oh hey LuLu” very rude and no respect. She acted like she didn’t care to take anyone’s order. Food wasn’t hot nor was it good. Very hard biscuits. We won’t be back An update as 8-09-25~ My elderly 84 year old Mother has gotten poisoned from there since we ate there on 8-07-25! It almost paralyzed her. Made her deadly sick. Very fatigued. She is still trying to overcome this sickness. We are not sure if she will make it or not. 🙏🏻 Warning to everyone please do not eat at this KFC at West Main Street in Tupelo Mississippi.

We order take out from the KFC on West Main from time to time. Occasionally there are deals on UberEats for a BOGO and we like to order them.
Food is usually not ready when we show up but is hot and fresh. Staff is generally friendly.

Asked for original received crispy. Had a side of double mash and fries only received 2 mash. I don’t know what type of mash this was. Chicken was disgusting, old tasting! Mash potatoes were given just how it looks in the picture.

There are two ladies working right now and they are doing fantastic. I had a huge online order and it was ready quicker than expected. They are short staffed but they are doing what it takes to run this place and they are doing it well. Whatever they are getting paid it ain’t enough, especially the lady working cash register. The store would not be running without her, she deserves recognition.
