I have shopped at this location for years--mainly because it is the closest grocery other than Aldi or Walmart. This is a smaller store with the limitations that brings along with somewhat easier to find things. (It would be even easier if Kroger would adopt the store directory signage their King Soopers stores use in Colorado!). The staff is polite and knowledgeable in the produce and meat departments. Produce and meat products are maintained at a high level. The inside appearance is quite dated compared to newer store designs and this store is begging for a makeover. But don't close it for that reason. Thanks to the staff for their efforts !

I am a provider in Tupelo, MS area. Kroger pharmacy has the nicest staff I have ever encountered. Staff is very helpful, timely, and always courteous. I send multiple patients to them daily based on their customer service and low medication prices. Great job everyone!

Went to the pharmacy after an 18 shift nursing shift, encountered this extremely rude unprofessional pharmacy tech with her 8 week online certificate. I needed to transfer my meds from another pharmacy, she became rude when I asked about what I needed to do. I didn't have the information for the other pharmacy but I could have looked it on my phone if needed. The pharmacy tech raised her voiced "I can't transfer your prescriptions if you don't know the phone number. " At the point I said I would just find another pharmacy. This is the way Kroger treats nurses and a veteran. I work at a private prison I would be fired for treating inmates this way. But at Kroger it's called customer service.

Went into Kroger on Barnes crossing rd today to have prescription filled. Came into contact with a technician named Kelly? Unknown last name. This person was very rude to both myself and my wife. She was very unprofessional raising her voice and making both of us feel as if we should never have come to this establishment. We asked to speak with someone else who couldn't have cared less about our problems and actually defended her behavior, when we spoke with the pharmacist about her he also tried to use civil as an excuse explained to this person that this is no excuse for poor customer service. We both left the store feeling as if we should never return and also that no one even cared about our complaint.

Terrible produce. Rotten by time you get home. Poor selections. Everything fresh expires in day or two. The delivery service aweful. Had a driver substitute my steaks with blackberries. Also cancel items ordered that should not be a problem...water, milk, tortilla chips. Ridiculous. Delivered my guacamole but no chips. What??? Go anywhere else

Meh. I live in Louisville, Kentucky and shopping at this Kroger was very disappointing. Every location back home has been remodeled and has more amenities. There is no sushi station, no Starbucks and I can't remember if there was a florist department... This Kroger's layout could be refigured to optimize their space and create a more cohesive design to improve the shopping experience. I was able to find all of the items I was searching for with the exception of prepackaged soups, salads, sandwiches and fresh meals. The selection was poor. I will return because there in no Target in this area and I'm not purchasing produce from a Walmart but this location needs to be updated.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER use the click list. I was excited to learn that Kroger offered this option, but my excitement soon turned to anger. On my pickup date and time, I did not receive any of my cold foods. I understand it was an honest mistake, but when I called the store to inform them and ask for them to simply refund me for the missing items I was told they can't do that. So the only solution was to visit the store 2 days later to retrieve the missing items ( i liv
