We visited lastnight 2/4/24. We had 6 people so obviously the server knew there would be gratuity. Jessica was our server. She was very rude. We waited on her for over 15 minutes. She rushed us the entire time we ordered. She never once checked on us. I overheard her talking to her coworkers about being ready to go and she was ready to walk out. She was cussing left and right. She stood around the entire time while we waited for our food. We seen the blonde headed lady running food and people who sat down 20 minutes after us got their food. Our food was warm not hot. The food barely had any flavor. When she brought our checks she came back 5 minutes later and STOOD AT THE END OF THE TABLE waiting for us to pay. Then she asked us if we needed change (rude). I will never be back here.

Went on a slow night and service was terribly slow, food was mediocre at best, sushi rolls are 98% rice and 2% filling. Very bland tasting. Restaurant seemed nice at first glance, but then once you took a second look lights were out, tables and bottles are sticky, and there was a smell of disinfect cleaner just in the air. Took over 10 mins just to get the check to leave felt like we were being held hostage after the horrible food. 0/10 will never go again.

A hidden gem. Were closed earlier this week, so I made the poor decision of trying Mt. Fuji as a substitute. Just no comparison on fresh ingredients, like vegetables stir fried crisp and seasoned appropriately; and juicy chicken hibachi, fresh salad, fresh tea. A big plate of delicious food. So much better than any other hibachi place.? Very nice ppl working there as well. ?

There was a bug in my water. Absolute Disgusting! Food was terrible. I asked for medium rare steak they gave me burnt steak. Highly disappointed.

Kyoto is by far my fav Japanese restaurant. Plus they are the only ones with curly sue sushi. It’s my very fav sushi roll. Plus the staff have always been super sweet and accommodating! I ordered some real wasabi online to have at home but asked if I could buy a small container at their restaurant till mine came in. They fixed me a big styrofoam cup full and refused to let me pay for it. You won’t get better service anywhere! And the food is the best quality!

Chicken was fresh and juicy, rice was excellent quality and flavorful. The hibachi veggie was great. Ginger dressing was not overpowering and it accented the salad. Restaurant is Clean and Classy. Our new go to for Japanese.

Ordered food to go. Ordered the shrimp noodles. It is supposed to come with soup and salad per menu. Did not get either. Very small portions for the price. Not worth it. There are plenty of other places in Tupelo that charge less and give decent portions.
