Hard to place an order when they can't understand English. Tables and floors are dirty. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes before someone took my order. Left very unsatisfied. By the time we left we actually didn't get everything we ordered and when I confronted them they said I never ordered it but that was impossible since I had Certainly paid for it. Their response to this review said they were just opening and in a trial period?! They've been open for over a year. Don't eat here. Wasn't worth the money or the hassle.

The owner of this store has changed, and there are also some slight changes to the menu, but the food is still just as delicious. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and their service is excellent. They patiently answer any questions, even if asked multiple times. I highly recommend this place and will visit frequently!

Had a delivery order. Wings were trash. Tiny and fried way too long. Fries, no seasoning. Got the hot, spicy philly, it was mediocre at best. Total disappointment and highly overpriced for such poor quality.

Had such great service and the wings were excellent. This is a must go to location.
I ordered a Philly steak sandwich with no onions or bell peppers. I got my order delivered and literally half the sandwich was BELL PEPPERS. When I called to let them know, I was argued with and told it was a difference in bell peppers and green peppers. No resolution was made & the employee got hostile .

1st time trying Lava Wings and I just didn't enjoy them at all the wings were fried entirely to hard for them to be as small as they are I did enjoy the fries they were fresh out the grease and customer service was great I'll give her 5 stars
