the employees are so kind and are so patient and helpful in answering questions about flavors! they even let me make a custom which was the bomb, love them sm :)
Stopped in from out of town. The tea was fine and similar to what I get at other nutrition shops. The girls working could learn some customer service though. The one girl was too busy having a personal conversation about her car to even stop and take my order. She finally asked what she can get me, I order, she continues her conversation, then comes back to ask me what she can get me….again. The girl that made the tea just put the tea on the counter and never spoke a word to me. With tea shops on every order these days, great service is imperative. I stopped at a different tea shop in town the next day since I seemed like an inconvenience to this one.

We are from Corinth and had to go to Tupelo to a Dr appointment and decided to get a loaded tea and found this place they were really nice and even offered to redo my drink if I didn’t like it! Will definitely go back when we are in the area again! Forgot to mention you get a free kids tea with a loaded to purchase! ?

I went to this one because it’s closer to my job than the one I usually go to. The girl who was working up there when I went today was rude and not nice at all. Seemed like that was the last place she wanted to be. The drink was also not mixed up all the way so there were gritty particles all in the bottom making it impossible to drink. I won’t be back. If y’all need a good tea shop to go to in Tupelo, I recommend Barnes crossing.
