Worst Longhorn I've ever been to. Usually they are excellent. Waited 30 minutes for silverware while our bread got cold. Our waitress forgot about us. Finally got our silverware and she promised us another loaf of bread which didnt come till we were done eating.

Place was somewhat empty I went on a Tuesday and the food was great went this time to take my brother and sister in law out and it took literally 30 mins just to get a drink order the entire service time from sit down to leave was over 2 hrs and it wasnt busy order was forgotten drinks forgotten food was over cooked the steaks were tough as nails the apps were good though even for a Saturday it wasn't busy but the service and food were horrible I felt bad after hyping it up

Business appropriate atmosphere with a wonderful staff that take their time and get it right. My one complaint is seasoning is a little bland for my taste.

Let me start by saying I'm an avid chef, and I know how steak should be prepared. This is not how steak is supposed to be prepared. Also, this is not how guest service should be done. I tried to let my server Emily know that my steak was too rare, and I wanted it medium well. She took it back, and when I got it back there was a hair underneath the steak that wasn't there before, and the steak STILL wasn't cooked!!!
On top of all of that, my silverware had specks of food on it, and when I asked Emily for a clean fork, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I went to Texas Roadhouse down the street and had a MUCH better experience.

Over all everything was good except the stakes were cooked right, but evidently they had the flame 🔥 too high because all 3 of our stakes were charred on the outside. The manager took care of us over the stakes, he knocked 50 percent off the bill. Would definitely go back

The food was alright, and the server was great, but it took 2 hours to get a table and and hour and a half to get our food. Ridiculous, we got there at 5:30 and did not get our food until 9:30. When we finally did get out food, we were missing two plates that we never got. I’m not one to complain, but this was ridiculous.
