The service was poor, but was more shocking was the food I ordered... They served me the saltiest steak I've ever took a bite of in my life, and when told them that I couldn't eat it, they claimed that I had to request less salt. I gave it back to them and left. I was so disappointed, but the least they could've done was refund at least the steak section of my order. I will never go back and have already told my friends and family about not going there.

Got a steak salad was supposed to be medium well…it was maybe medium if that ….was not edible …could not cut it. It was so tough. It was awful… server presented the check and never even took our used plates away. She actually had to move the plates over to put the check down. How do you not clean a table off before you present a ticket? This was awful. I don’t know how it can be called a steakhouse !! don’t do it.

Waiter was not knowledgeable.
Food came out wrong twice. Third time, one steak was close but cold.

Arrived at 5:00 maybe 5-6 tables seated with 2-3 people at each, was told it was a 15 minute wait for a table?!?? Sat at the bar and got my order taken and served by bartender in just over 20 minutes, she was the only one Hustling in the out front crew.
When I was leaving just before 6:00 they were telling folks 30 minute wait for table with maybe 7-8 tables seated and bartender waiting 6 at the bar!??!!
There were 10-12 crew that I saw so didn’t seem to be short staffed!
In this economy businesses need to be taking care of customers better than this!
I have been involved in business over 60 years and spent over 40 years as a business traveler in 40 states and 3 countries so I know how a business should be operated.

New York strip steak was really tough. The service was almost nonexistent. Time for check, I had to stand by the door to get somebody’s attention.

It may have been an "off" night, but service was embarrassingly slow, entrees were served a minute or two after salads. One person's salad came after the entree. Food was not hot. Manager was uncaring. Waitress was unapologetic.
We have eaten here with friends several times over a couple of years and had good service and food. But it was a concensus of the seven at our table tonight that service failed tonight. It will be awhile before we come back.

We carried granddaughter and her boyfriend out for her birthday it has always been our favorite restaurant. What happened 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our food my husband already had steak eat when he got his sweet potato food was cold when we got it we never got steak sauce or sour cream like to have choked before I got refill on water . The restaurant had no wait my granddaughter had her food ate before mac and cheese came . I may have to find a new favorite restaurant

Set and watched all table after us get served and drinks or even food before we even had a server ask about our drinks. Finally Josh a server that wasn't ours took our order.

Food took an hour. Brought us the wrong food at first then we said something and went back and brough the right one. Steak was not cooked how i ordered it. Blue haired girl was our waitress, did not do a good job. She said it was her first day, but she was old enough to know how to do a job. Was not busy, and she was not friendly either.

We had a party of 11 we waited in a non crowded restaurant to be seated over 30 minutes the manager kept saying they were waiting on a server yet everyone that entered after us were seated the server was apparently running late he was supposed to be there at 4 we left 10 minutes after 5 and he still wasn’t there.
