We ordered and paid for 2 sweet and smokey chicken sandwiches and 2 tomato cucumber salads a memphian and mc. Club with fruit cups 4 soups with pickles and extra j-cups of dressings on the side. We didn't get our pickles no dressings the cucumber tomatoe salads were dry (no juice) and both the chicken sandwiches isn't chicken they are turkey!! Went inside to get what was left out of Togo order and the little kitchen lady wanted us to pay for the stuff again and was very hateful didn't find out about chicken being turkey till we got home. What happened to ppl actually doing there jobs, being professional and courteous, and smiling telling your customers to have a good day? I worked in the food business when I was a teen/early 20's yes I made mistakes I'm human but no matter how bad of day I had I always made sure my customers left with a positive experience. It use to be the customer is always right, also When we got tipped we were grateful now if someone just answers the phone they expect a tip. A TIP is a that a boy/girl for a job well done it is earned not I handed you receipt where's my tip, That's your JOB

Thru continued to fill other orders and taking new ones while not checking and keeping me waiting. I finally just left. Won’t go back to Tupelo.

I have visited this McAlister's Deli frequently over the past year while bringing a relative to Tupelo for medical reasons.Their food is always wonderful, fresh, and quickly delivered. The staff is so pleasant and kind! I LOVE the Chicken Tortilla Soup! And, of course, McAlister's is well known for their sweet tea! And sweet Mary will welcome you in and take great care of you!

Went there and ordered 2 full sized sandwiches and got 2 half ones, my wife ordered a turkey sub and got a club on 3 pieces of toast, WHICH WAS MISSING THE BACON and didn’t have the meat even remotely spread across the toast leaving half the sandwich as just bread, the spring mix they used was brown and soggy. The avocado I got with my nachos was entirely oxidized and was colored brown with spots of green. The person taking my order didn’t even know the nachos I ordered were on the menu. Would not recommend and won’t be returning.

Potatoes are mediocre ....only thing I like is their butter pecan cheesecake. Food is very bland. No flavor at all.

I MAKE IT ALL THE WAY HOME JUST TO HAVE PORK THE WORST OF ALL MEAT IN MY FOOD !! I CALLED TO GET THINGS STRAIGHTENED OUT BUT INSTEAD THE MANAGER OF TUPELO, MS ESTABLISHMENT HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME & REFUSED TO FIX MY ISSUE !!!! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE AT ALL !!!!!!!!!! IM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED !!! THEY WILL LITERALLY PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD AFTER U SPEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY WHICH IS VERY DISTURBING!!!!!?

I ordered the Jalepeno turkey crunch and the Spud Max. First they forgot my potato salad so I had to go back...then after I get bk home the second time...I realize my sandwich is just a jalapeño turkey with NO crunch! They ddnt even add the chips! My order was $37 plus...it was good but for a $13 sandwich, that's barely 6" and $14 potato...I expect it to be made perfectly and as advertised without me having to unwrap my whole order in the parking lot to make sure it's right...And to top it off, I didn't even get my pickle!!! Missing items and incomplete orders put a real damper on a $40 meal!
