They have locked the door in my face twice. The drive through line seems to never move And the girl who takes the orders is so rude.

This was a nice place to stop and grab a quick bite. The staff was quick and friendly and the food was good.

Too bad the food value didn't meet the service and atmosphere. On the way to take my wife to work I stopped to get her a bacon biscuit. A bacon biscuit, no egg or cheese, costs $3.19. When I checked it at the window (which I normally don't do) there was one piece of bacon. Just one for $3. I always heard of living "high on the hog" but didn't expect it to be that high. Just for comparison, after I dropped my son off at work, I went by BK on Eason Blvd. Thought I would check their 2/$5 biscuits, bacon only- no egg or cheese, to make the comparison fair. I added photos so you can decide for yourself where I got the better deal.

The two managers they have won’t give a corporate number or either of their names. One was younger. She had the mouth.
Do not waist your money there. Go somewhere else.
They never have what you order. And refuse to give us info or a refund. We had to call Tupelo 911. The officers were respectful. At least one was to me not so much to my husband. But he was probably the one managers husband. She did say her husband was a police officer

My wife and I did eat breakfast 5 times a week but the mondern tec has went to far employees want take your order anymore. This is bad for seniors like my wife and I we don't know how to use them. so we can't eat at McDonald's anymore. We have found that Jack's will take your order. So My wife and I now eat our meals at Jack's 5 days a week.

Slowest fast food in a long time, food was not good at all lacking sauce on spicey chicken sandwich and grease all over the outside of double quarter box. Service non existent management needs replacing. No bringing to your table as table marker states. One of the worst McDonald's I have been in in a long time do not plan on ever going there again and recommend avoiding it all together.

Wanna give a shout out to Jessica in drive thru window. Her service and professionalism was unsolicited and refreshing. Most people talk about the negative experiences at McDonalds but tonight was different. Good job Ms. Jessica!

WHY IS THE LOBBY ALWAYS CLOSED?! It’s supposed to be open at 6am-11pm. Went there three times in the past two weeks. Ordered curbside but nobody came out to give me my order so I tried to go inside and it was locked. Worker that was standing right by the locked door (smoking right at the entrance by the way) told me only drive through. It was 7pm?

Next time I ordered for pick up inside. It was 8:30pm. Lobby still closed. Had to drive through.

I go this morning for curbside at 7:30 am. Once again, nobody coming out to give me my order, try to go inside, it’s locked. Drive through once again.

And if I ever can get myself in the dang lobby, you have to wait in line at a kiosk. Y’all are ridiculous.
