Garbage food. Can't seem to get a single order correct. I mean how hard is it to NOT put toppings on a burger.... people are rude from the get go. Just a terrible place to give money to.

Very friendly staff. However, it seems that no matter what you order in the drive through, you will be asked to pull up to wait 5-10 minutes. Maybe they are trying to up their efficiency. Not uncommon to see three or 4 cars waiting. The food is McDonalds. What else can you say about that?

I ordered a double cheese burger and medium fries today.12/18/24 @2:00ish. Pm. noticed the car in front of me was mad and tried to go inside. The doors were locked. Sigh on door said -Water damage can't enter. Must go around drive through. Then I was told to see my receipt.then had to pull up and wait for my food. I waited 10 minutes until someone said "What are you waiting for?"My FOOD dah, what the hell else would I be out here for", When i got my food it was right because they had to remake my order. The car in front of me that tried to complain had my food. I heard her yelling "i didnt order a double cheese burger."when i finally got my food, I never got my receipt back.

The 5 star reviews talking about how nice the manager and staff are at this location is obviously fake. I'm not sure what it is going to take for a higher up to look at these reviews and go in and clean house, but it needs to be done. Every. Single. Time. We go to this location, something is missing or wrong. The drive thru workers have the nastiest attitude you can imagine having in a workplace. Wrong drinks, wrong/mislabelled pies, pies past their expiration with a new date sticker over the old one, missing sandwiches, cold fries, like refrigerator cold, ice cream machine never works. And if you bring ANY of this up to the workers you get yelled at and the window slammed in your face. Ask for a manager? She will call you, tell you to come back and she will make it right, then act like she doesn't know what you are talking about about when you show up. McDonald's is just as expensive as everywhere else now. Just go there. Would give negative stars if I could.

We called beforehand to ask whether they were going to be closed or not since it was thanksgiving and maps said they were open. Told us they were open but when we got there 5 minutes later we were just told that they were closed.
This trashy place is what's wrong with America poor service with terrible food quality to match but it's McDonald's what more could you expect and these people want 20 bucks an hour give me a break the store was fuilty the food was terrible poorly managed and operated

Drive thru was unusually empty tonight. This location is usually very busy. Drive thru order taker was courteous, timely, and thanked me for my order. Cashier was smiling and also thanked me for choosing McDonald's. When I got to the window to pick up my order, the employee at the window had my drink waiting for me and then quickly got my order. Some of the best post- COVID customer service I've experienced.
Parking: This location has a large parking lot area with three marked rows of parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and restaurant access are wheelchair friendly as is the restaurant interior and restrooms
