Food is okay but not at that level. Coffee of ordered hot also comes with cold molk and nothing good. Need to be update this properly it should be proper hot. And sometimes kiosk is an issue and no reciept can be found. No proper service or understand what is the order.

This is the 4th time in a row Ive come to this location and was disappointed. The fries are ALWAYS old and i have to ask (nicely ofc) to remake them fresh it’s getting tiring. I got nuggets this time and they were stale and i could tell they have been sitting out for a while. My husband had the same problem last week and previous times. He’s highly allergic to tomatoes and requested they not give him any and they still did luckily he checked it before he ate it. He’s not confrontational so he just went somewhere else. The service is horrible and no one actually cares about what the customers order as long as they get the order out. Someone is always on their phone in the window or on a phone call. We are always rushed to order and they get an attitude if we’re not fast enough. Especially using the app. No one seems to want to be there or do their job properly.

I ordered a spicy DELUXE (add sliver onions and I DID NOT get it) combo and my sandwich came as a mcchicken. It isn’t fresh AT ALL, but my fries were. I didn’t appreciate the service today when they had a lot of people in there and it shouldn’t have been a reason my sandwich wasn’t fixed correctly or fresh.

Lady at the window 1/20/25 at 6 pm was so rude to the customer in the lane beside use while ordering and was immediately rude with me before even getting my order. Just drove off. Not worth the confrontation
