The staff at this McDonald's is the worst! They stand around talking and joking. A customer said he stood for 10 minutes and finally sat down. The Emergency Alert went off on the Play Area and it took the Manager at least 5 minutes to respond...is there NO oversigh/spot checking by Management..

I'm standing in this McDonald's and only ordered ice coffee. First it took them 10 minutes to even take my order and I was the only one at the counter. Had to show the manager that they charged my card and still had to wait another 10 minutes to get the coffee. Manager was so unprofessional will never go there again

This particular store has unprofessional staff as well as being out of stock on items that are highly advertised. Their sign may say that they have the McRib but I received the news from the drive thru worker in a rude manor on 2 different visits.

“Joc” was absolutely horrible. I hate seeing people like this in customer service. I had my kids in the play place while I ordered food, but it was freezing. I placed the order on the app, and when I went to go to the counter to pick it up, one of the managers met me at the register. I told her that it was freezing in the play place, and she said she’d turn the air off. Cool, right? Well, she went to go tell one of the other managers, and I guess he didn’t realize I was standing right there, so he said, “I don’t care.” I said, “Oh, wow!”. That’s when he realized I was there and turned around to say he was just playing. Anywho, I waited on my kids food, and he was the one to set it on the counter, but it had a white milk, instead of the chocolate milk I ordered. I asked him if I could get a chocolate milk, and apparently, I did something wrong, because he had an attitude with me, and said, “GIRL!”, as if I was bothering my him bu asking for the drink I ordered. I went off. I have worked in customer service for many, many years, and to see people like this, working for businesses that I support, is just disgusting. I took my kids out, and won’t be back.

The service from jock (or possibly joc) was disappointing.. He was rude and inconsiderate. When we mentioned that the play area was freezing cold, his initial response was dismissive. He then tried to backtrack by claiming he was joking after realizing my mother overheard. Additionally, when my mother requested chocolate milk instead of white milk (which she ordered) his response was “GIRL” as if she was preventing him from his job.

Service here sucks. Have been waiting on our order for 30 minutes now. Workers need to do better. I've worked at McDonald's before and these people don't know what they're doing.
Went to get my breakfast at 4:30 mind you this is a 24 hour McDonald’s and they start serving breakfast at 4:00 and they told me it was going to be a 15 minute wait until they start taking orders or even making breakfast and when I went into the lobby because I got tired of waiting in the drive thru all the employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones

I had gotten some quick dinner after work and swung by this McDonald’s and picked up the new Adult Happy Meal and some other things! When I checked my bag.. I was missing a few items., the gentlemen at the window was so kind and worked hard to fix my problems quickly during a little late night rush! The great customer service was very appreciated! And the New shake with the happy meal was fire!!

A fairly typical McDonalds. The West Main location in Tupelo generally does a good job of getting my order correct. The two drive through lanes keep the cars moving thru the line.
We have been using the app to get the best deals and accumulate awards.
I’d they could get the prices back down we would stop more often.

Just read all the reviews about poor food and poor service and ditto. Maybe Sunday evening is the time people with Saturday night hangovers are trying to get rid of food in the fridge.
