The employees are standing around on their phones doing nothing. I was sitting in the drive through for about 5 minutes till I got tired of sitting there and drove around to see the one who takes the orders sitting down in the window. Service sucks

This restaurant was completely disgusting. The store was not busy but no one was cleaning. The food we got was okay, but not the best. When going to ask for a refill, they told me they had to get me a new one because the machine in the lobby was out of order. I never got the drink after waiting for a while. The staff were rude and did not want to even acknowledge your existence. The lobby was completely destroyed and no one was willing to clean. When using the restroom there were pubic hairs on the walls near the hand dryers. The store was absolutely nasty. Do not go here.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Tupelo. The restaurant is nasty, and the employees are rude, acting like getting an order right is impossible for them. They sling your order at the counter, scurry to the back, and get made when you walk back there to find someone. I've worked at McDonald's, and it's not that hard to get it right, even if it's by accident. Except for a very few employees, corporate should go in and fire all the rest and start over.

Walked over from the Sams Club at 2pm today and the inside was closed. I have a vehicle that wouldn't fit in their parking lot so drive thru wasnt an option. I didn't see any signs stating why so I walked off.

Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered two drinks and two meals. After being handed the two drinks I was asked to pull forward to wait on the food. When the employee came out with the food I asked if she could replace our Dr. pepper with a sprite because the Dr. pepper didn’t taste right. She turned around without saying a word and went back inside so I assumed maybe that meant she’d be right back. I waited a few minutes before pulling back around to the window for the new soda and the bbq sauce they forgot. When I got to the second window, it was open and all the employees were standing where they could see me but ignored me. A male came over to run the soda machine and continued to act as if he didn’t notice me while the window was still open. I finally asked if he could please replace our soda with a sprite and give us bbq sauce. He handed me a sprite with no ice and I had to once again request the bbq sauce which he handed to us without speaking. The worst customer service from every employee we interacted with tonight except the woman running the first window.

Waited 15 minutes and finally got half of our food. Wasn't given any utensils or napkins nor was there any accessible. Waited another 10 minutes and had to go remind them about the other half of our food. The place didnt seem too busy so I don't know why it was this bad.

Melissa Rakestraw and Murray Davis made the visit more pleasant. They smile and acknowledge you! The frappe machine never works tho! Bad business McDonald's.

Stopped at this McDonalds while traveling thru. This is the most unorganized restaurant that I have ever been to. Manager has zero control of workers. The ironic thing is, they have a no loitering sign in the parking lot but is what most of the staff was doing.

Today I went to McDonald’s, and I honestly left feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and completely disrespected. I want to explain what happened, especially because I am fully blind, and situations like this hit differently when you already have to depend on others to help you.

I normally ride with someone so I can go through the drive-through safely. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with hot fudge on both the top and the bottom. The person on the speaker said they could do that. No hesitation. No issue.

When we got to the window, the person driving me told me there was absolutely no fudge on the bottom, just on the top. I hadn’t touched it yet, so I asked them to remake it. We drove around, and they handed me the second sundae. This one was honestly disgusting. The ice cream was so watery it didn’t even feel like ice cream. It tasted like melted milk. The hot fudge was thin, runny, and tasted more like cheap chocolate syrup than actual hot fudge. The whole thing was warm, soupy, and completely inedible.

So I went around again to ask them to fix it. I explained that I am blind and only took one bite just to check it. I can’t see what I’m being handed the way everyone else can. And instead of understanding, both the employee and the manager immediately started yelling at me. Not talking firmly. Not explaining. Actually yelling. They told me they weren’t going to remake it again, that the hot fudge “comes like that,” and that there was nothing they were going to do.

In that moment, I felt humiliated. Being yelled at through a drive-through window while I’m trying to explain that I physically can’t see the food I’m being given made me feel degraded. It was like they didn’t care that I’m blind. It was like they were annoyed at me for needing to ask for something to be done right. I felt singled out, talked down to, and completely powerless. Sitting there in a situation where I already rely on someone else to help guide me, and then being treated like I was a problem, was honestly heartbreaking. I felt myself getting smaller and smaller while they kept raising their voices.

I asked for a refund after they refused to remake it again. They still yelled at me and said no, telling me that because I took one bite, they weren’t refunding anything. This was after they made it wrong twice. And then they kept my receipt, so I didn’t even get to keep proof of the purchase.

By the time I left, I felt shaken, embarrassed, upset, and honestly degraded. I have never been treated like that over something so small, and especially not after explaining that I am blind and was only trying to make sure I got what I paid for. It made me feel like my disability was being held against me.

I will be calling customer service to report the whole experience, and I will never go back to that McDonald’s again. If a business can’t fix a three-dollar mistake or treat a blind customer with basic decency and respect, then they will not get another dollar from me.

Worst McDonald's I've been so far. First I got here with my family and the place smells awful. While I was placing my order, a man come inside furious because the order took so long and it was incorrect. Lots of shouting and yelling back and forth between the customer and the staff. I placed the order and took a number with me to the table, they were supposed to bring it which they did not. Just yelled the name and expected to come to the counter for it. I noticed that half the order was still missing and they had already marked as complete on the screen. Drinks fountain was not working, I ordered hot coffee which was cold. So terrible managed and dirty place. Never coming back. Avoid!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We parked for over 20 minutes waiting on our food before finally going inside to ask what was going on. When we got there, the place was completely empty with not a single guest eating inside, yet our order was just sitting there. My frappe had been sitting so long it turned into watery sludge, and the egg on my sandwich was raw.

To make things worse, the manager was loudly yelling at employees in front of everyone, creating a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. No one seemed to care about the customers at all.

This location is a complete embarrassment to the brand. I’ll drive out of my way before I ever come back here.
