I placed order online around 2:50 am. I drove 12 mins from my home just for the guy at the drive thru to tell me he is the only one and that he can not even look at the menu right now. I go inside to see if I can pick it up inside, but he’s telling people that he’s unable to place orders and that he has made the last of his orders. I wished someone would have called before I drove all the way up here.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received at McDonald's. And McDonald's is usually pretty good, everything is free made and very streamlined. McDonald's should pull their franchise license

if i could give 0 stars i would. lady at window was rude as hell and have no one in the drive thru besides me and one truck. truck got one meal. and i got two SANDWHICHES. not even a full meal and we both get pulled up? came here to eat some food after driving 10 hours. worst mcdonald’s i’ve EVER been too.

Taquitos are so skinny they are not worth the money. Hashbrowns old,barely warm, fried in old oil. Biscuit could double as a hockey puck. Yet one of the most expensive fast food restaurants. Time to move on from brand loyalty.

Very rude employee with a disgusting attitude asked me to move my truck more forward while I was in line, I was in a line with a car in front of me, only so far I can walk. She was extremely rude and very disrespectful! I ended up leaving due to fear of her spitting in my food! Check on your employees. Hopefully that woman reads this and realizes that she needs a reality check that you cant go around being rude to people, God's watching you

I’ve waited one hour for one breakfast sandwich. The lines are backed up outside. People in the lobby just sit down because no one is at the front cash register to even greet them. Most people just turn around and walk away. This place is gives no common courtesy to people waiting on their food. They steadily making other orders while forgetting about yours. This place really needs to be shut down or management needs to get it together. This is ridiculous!
