Mugshots Grill and Bar - Tupelo, MS

We sat at the front for over 5 mins before even being sat mind you they had maybe 3 tables. After about 15 mins of still not having a drink order taken we left. Headed to bulldog burger and within 7 mins we have been sat, got drinks, and have our appetizer in front of us and order placed.

My son, Wife, and I went for an early supper yesterday. Lilly, our server was great. But I wanna talk about the food. My wife got the mambo combo which she says is excellent, our son got the grilled cheese, which he devoured, but I got the. Comeback burger, and I have to say that's the best hamburger I've ever eaten in my life. I've been around the world and tried a lot of different hamburgers, and that one beats them all by far.

We were only here for drinks, so I can't comment on the food. The atmosphere is great and they have the best happy hour prices I have seen.

Myself and five family members ate dinner in your restaurant last night. The server was friendly, but not quite on top of things like correct orders or drink refills. My husband didn’t receive his burger dressed as requested, and never received the missing items. One of the meals was delivered to table several minutes after all others were delivered The last meal brought was supposed to be without tomatoes on the pasta. It was returned with part of the tomatoes picked out. The same plate was returned and tomatoes picked off the top. I’m very thankful my friend is not seriously allergic. I would also add that if a restaurant is known for burgers, the meat really should be better.

We arrived late afternoon, around 2:40 PM. Waitress was friendly and polite, absolutely no problem with her service. My daughter and I both ordered the Comeback Burger with beer battered fries. The fries did not appear to be battered, they had been sitting for a while. They weren’t even warm much less freshly cooked. Did not care for the sweet bun, that’s just my preference. The burger patty itself was okay, but we both found blonde hair inside our buns, possibly on the lettuce. We also ordered the Cookie A la Mode. My cookie was so hard I couldn’t cut it. We were expecting a skillet cookie, definitely not what we expected!
We ate at the MugShots in Oxford recently and we had a much better “food” experience!!

After a bad experience with UberEats, Mugshots went above and beyond to help us and satisfy a problem that they didn't create. Everyone was caring and understanding and extremely helpful!
