So I got the dumb dumb Burger which is the best burger that has caramelized onions and mustard. Honestly I felt like the mustard took away from the burger and just kind of eclipsed the flavors of everything else, should replace it with either Cajun mustard and go lighter or don't do mustard at all.

Stopped by the neonpigtupelo today for lunch. 1st, let me say that the concept is very interesting... They have a nice meat market in the back of the restaurant. An excellent selection of beer. And a vast menu that will take you a few moments to comprehend.... Ian got the All American burger, which he said was delicious, Xavier got the double w/ bacon and said his was too greasy (literally had grease running down both his arms.) and couldn't eat, but half of it. My wife got the Belvus and said it was just OK. I got the Bash Burger and will say it was good and I really like their pickles.... My big gripe is that the loaded fries & Truffle fries did not have the cheese melted on them... but that Chimichurry was off the chain delicious and hit the spot! The only other complaint I would have was that all of our food was not served at the same time, nor by the same waitress....

We're from Texas so expectations are different maybe. The burgers are okay. The fries were better tasting than the burgers, but the seasoning gets intense after eating so many. The service was perfect and atmosphere as well. The hyped reviews doesn't match the food experience in my opinion, which is why I won't be going back.

That burger was like OMG!!! And the kimchi fries, they got a kick, but SO GOOD!!! And there we so many other awesome sounding items on the menu, I have to go back and try the different ones!!!

We stopped by to get a bite to eat, very interesting place! We ordered the special of the day, braised beef tacos, Blevis Burger, Blue Canoe Burger, Jerky Chicken Sandwich, smash fries and hot fries. All the food was delicious! Only one complaint, when the server brought our food, it was on a piece of butcher paper and some sauce or grease ran out of the paper and on our granddaughter’s lap and phone. The server didn’t realize it and it took a bit to get some reaction. If you are going to serve food on paper be aware of the possibilities of spilling and not on the customer.

Great food, atmosphere and staff. The owner came over to make sure our food was good. Had the smash burger, smash fries, and tacos. They were outstanding. Definitely going back!!!!
