New owners stay closed more than they're open. When the place was bought, the food didn't change much. Service dropped dramatically. Not particularly friendly anymore.
You find them closed for weeks at a time and then randomly even when they've supposedly resumed business.
I really do not understand how you mess up an order that's online, it wouldn't have took no time to make sure the order was correct. Then when I called next day to inform them now all of a sudden they don't speak a bit of English. So basically $35 for someone else's order because it damn sure wasn't mine.

Food is absolutely delicious! First time trying this place and they did not disappoint I’ll definitely be back I think I found my new Chinese restaurant for sure ❤️❤️
the food is great the cooks are sweet and nice but the cashier lady is rude and horrible she definitely pushed my buttons really hard I’m upset at myself for even getting like that one thing about me if I’m spending my money I would look good customer service she ignored me as soon as I walked in and continued to have a conversation with someone who already had their food and I mean just talking talking talking my grandma stepped out the car to see what was taking so long and asked her why she didn’t take my order yet she goes on to say well she didn’t say she was ready excuse miss you acted as if you were still taking this lady’s order I mean horrible horribly done but love the cooks there very sweet men but that lady let’s all pray for her

Ordered General Cho's and it wasn't even good, not even spicy. Rice was overcooked and the crab rangoons were undercooked. Next day my stomach is simply not agreeing with me. I highly doubt I will be ordering from them anytime soon.

Terrible restaraunt!! I guarantee we wont be back and we own a small business in town and will let employees etc know dont go either. Called tonight to order dinner for the first time. I noticed they had coconut shrimp, but I am allergic to shrimp and asked if they could make coconut chicken due to my allergy. The chinese woman i was speaking to was very kind and said hold on let me ask the kitchen. She came back to the phone and said yes they could do that. So I told her the rest of the order and went to go pick it up. I sent my husband in to get it and he calls me and tells me they have everything made but the coconut chicken, which was the whole reason we ordered from here...because they said they could make coconut chicken. I told him kindly tell them then I dont want the other items I ordered for myself but get his if he still wanted. He came out and proceeded to tell me the g*etto hil*bi*ly yt woman behind the counter proceeded to scream at him causing a scene saying the food was already made so he HAD to pay for it all and they cant make whats not on the menu. So why tell someone you can and even go out of the way to check and make sure they could. Then you couldnt call and tell us you make us go all the way there to find out one of the two meals we ordered wasnt made. Why, because you wanted the money that bad? Totally crazy. That woman was lucky I had just had dialysis and couldnt go in myself. They wont ever get another dime from us or anyone we know. Bad way of doing business when its already hard for companies to make it. And the rude woman at the front she's going to come in contact with the right person someday and have a bad day, because who is she to talk to anyone any kind of way.

Terrible customer service. She asked us what we wanted to drink, and i said bottled water then she said they don't have it and just stared at us not offering any other options. Most of the stuff we ate was either overcooked or undercooked. I would recommend Mcdonalds before I would recommend this place. My wife came from Asia and loves chinese food and eats from China Capital a lot but hated the food at New China. I would literally eat out of my neighbor's trash before I would eat here again. ??? God bless.
