O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

We have enjoyed dining at O’Charley’s after church frequently however yesterday the music was something I would describe as heavy metal and was annoying. I realize we are older but it was not conducive to enjoying lunch. Was informed manager said they couldn’t change stations. That is unfortunate but we CAN change restaurants.

We used to love to eat here. The last time we ate here the food was horrible. We decided to try it again today at lunch. Very few cars in the parking lot, that should have been my sign. Restaurant was dirty and bathrooms were horrible. Our waitress was blunt and didn’t want to be bothered. Part of our food was not edible. We didn’t complain, just paid our bill, tipping the waitress 15 percent, hoping she was just having an off day. We won’t be back.

I am not typically a review person, but I came to eat dinner here on Sunday night. The restaurant was not busy so we got in quickly and nice host. We were told we were going to be served by kindra. The food was great but our server seemed annoyed to serve us and we could not find her during service. Not bad but will be asking for someone else next time we decide to eat.

I didn’t eat there. I went to the restroom and seen several roaches. The restroom smelled like sewage. My husband said the carpet was nasty at the table where we were to sit. So we walked out

Once again O'Charley's has made a pomeranian. Fresh baked rolls. Great waitress. Received food within 20 minutes. Very clean.

All the servers there definitely know how to hustle. I didn’t see a single one have any slow or down time. And even though they appears to be tremendously busy, they never faltered with their customer service. Everything was prompt and to our satisfaction. Servers were always present and we never had to ask for anything. This was nice rare experience in the local area.

I was so great. All my family enjoy their food, best burger I ever ate. Just our waiter loose the ticket order but everything else was so good.

Tracy made our second visit great. She remembered us from first visit. She even special-made me some cocktail sauce bc I didn't like the sauce served. The $12 Bucket of Beer all day every day is one of the best deals in town!

The Salmon was dry, tasteless and burnt, the ribs was dry with lots of sauce and seems old with the Arnold Palmer weak and watery

Had the pleasure of eating at one of my favorite places. While a lot of O'charleys has closed down, when we discovered this one while traveling thru Tupelo, Miss.,we were excited. Some of the usual things we order had changed. But it still didn't disappoint. The service made it even better. This young lady was spot on, very friendly and efficient.. Thanks O'charleys.
