The server but polite and nice but the service was subpar. I was planning to drink wine bit ot was so much delayed that i passed. The food was good.

On vacation in Tupelo, Mississippi. Took the relatives and family to the Olive Garden. It was a pleasant experience and everything was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server Alex, the Alberto the manager was awesome!! Definitely worth it to visit when in the area.

1 hour waiting for a plate of spaghetti!
I ended up paying and leaving without eating. It's best to only serve what you can handle.

Alfredo sauce tasted weird, bread sticks were very chewy, and noodles were undercooked. But the chicken gnocchi soup was fabulous and so was our waitress Caleigt. The managers seem to need a mood adjustment though they were helpful but it seemed begrudgingly helpful. One of the worse olive gardens I've been to

My waitress was great, very attentive, 😃 but there was another employee that decided she wanted to be rude to us by turning on the vacuum and leaving it running really close to our table and walking away purposely. Also using profanity referring to not caring that she left it running. She was speaking to another employee. This is the only reason I rated Atmosphere a 2. That was ridiculous as we had no conversation with this employee period. The people that were by us had already left. This restaurant was across from our hotel and it was already late is why we chose it. The manager handled the situation very well!!! 👏 Kudos to him and our waitress!!! 👏

As soon as you walk in you get hit with a very unpleasant smell. I was thinking oh it's probably the cheese. Nope. This restaurant is very old and musty. I'm positive it's excalty the same tables and carpet ect since it opened many many years ago. The host asked if we wanted a table or a booth and when we requested a booth she made comments to our waitress who also made rude comments to us because we weren't in her designated tables and she still had to wait on our table. The table was sticky. The food was awful. Pasta was not completely cooked and the soup tasted watered down and the bread sticks were stale. Terrible place to eat will never go back! Felt sick after we left and we barely ate at all . Go anywhere but here!

Had a great time everything was clean and the server was very nice but the food was not good at all. Chicken was chewy like expected but I ordered a steak that was supposed to be cooked medium rare but it was raw. Won’t be going back there.
