I ordered a garlic stuffed crust pizza with chicken, bacon, onions, mushrooms, and banana peppers, an all meat pizza and an order of garlic knots. The pizza and the garlic knots had NO GARLIC and only one piece of the pizza had chicken. I spent $71.89. This is ridiculous! Edited: The manager reached out to me and refunded my money for the pizza and the garlic knots. So, I will give them another try.

Iv caught on several occasions iv been asked to pay almost double what I was supposed to...when my delivery got her tonight they told me I owed 21.99 even though my recipe said 13.99 and the driver told his boss it said 13.99

Yesterday we ordered a large pepperoni pizza, an 8 piece honey chipotle wings, and three bottled drinks. We dined inside. Everything was hot and fresh. The pizza with the garlic sauce is amazing. The wings were cooked to perfection. They had a nice char to them, and the sauce was a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. An employee brought our drinks, paper plates, napkins, and forks for our indoor dining experience.During our visit, a very irate lady and man came in to the store. She was cursing and was very aggressive with the employee about their order. She cursed at him for a few minutes. The employee handled the situation very professionally. He remained calm and courteous the entire time.I will definitely be returning here again.

Took 30 extra min on time arrival very difficult to order and person I talked to wasn't even at location and didn't even know where it was located very skimpy with pepper and garlic butter spent $40 on one pizza

Was in Tupelo - we got the meat lovers or whatever their version is… supreme…. And those Twix dessert thing.Pizza was rlly good!! Dessert things, not at all?!Tasted like canned biscuit dough ?.Service was just so so - BUT - dude DID hook it UP in the banana peppers !! ?Friendly enough staff, hit food….. we carried it back to the room…. Pizza was still piping hot!! ?I’d return.

Can't go inside. There was nothing on the door about the drive through only. We pulled and they just locked the doors on us. But the pizza and cheese bread was very good.

Is it company policy for Papa Johns to contract Door Dash to deliver for them? If so, why is it the customer's responsibility to contact Door Dash if Door Dash makes an error with the delivery. I recently ordered food on the Papa Johns app and never received my order although the status on the app was showing that it was delivered. I called the local store to check the status and was told that Door Dash delivered my order and I would need to contact them in regard to any issues. I asked for a refund and was told by the local store that they could not guarantee a refund for food that was delivered by door Dash. I would need to contact Door Dash for a refund. Truly poor customer service and totally confusing to me why I would need to contact a company that was contracted by Papa Johns to deliver my food.
