I used to work here. Oh the things I've seen. The service is fine and the atmosphere is quality but the people in charge are terrible, abusive, mean, cheap, and classist. If you care about people, don't eat here.

We are not fine dining people. We tried several other places but the wait times were hours long. Park Heights could get us right in, so we nervously gave it a shot. The menu is very limited and isn’t what we typically see when we eat out. We are more Texas Road House people lol. My wife had the Lobster Tempura sushi roll, my son had chicken tenders and fries, my daughter had buttered noodles, and I had the steak frites. For dessert we had bread pudding with ice cream. FYI, the children’s menu is just chicken tenders with fries or buttered noodles. We all really enjoyed our meals, as everything tasted delicious. Our server was friendly however wasn’t as attentive as we would have liked. Overall, we really enjoyed Park Heights and would recommend.

Park Heights has become a favorite date spot for me and my partner! We’ve been twice, on a slow evening and during the Valentine’s Day weekend rush and both times, our food and service have been exceptionally good! We’re fond of the Duck Confit Egg Rolls, which were crispy and flavorful as well as the Steak Frites with parmesan truffle fries! On our most recent outing to Park Heights I ordered the Ribeye, and while it’s definitely a splurge it was so worth it! It was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is upscale and inviting, staff were friendly and prompt! Park Heights is a must try while in Downtown Tupelo!

WE PAID $150 AND GOT ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD, WE HAD TO LEAVE AND GO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT AT 11PM!!If I could give this "restaurant" even less stars I would! I don't recommend it to anyone after our going on Valentines Day. For a high end restaurant they should seriously be ashamed of themselves! From a two hour wait, to HAIR IN OUR FOOD, then half the food being BURNT, and the other half being completely RAW. It just kept getting worse and worse. First of all it took FOURTY minutes, yes I said 40 minutes to get a drink. We had ordered a charcuterie board at that same time as the drinks and they came out together. That thing was so disgusting we couldnt even eat it. We told the waitress it was probably one of the worst things we have ever had and she laughs and goes "Oh my gosh I know I couldnt even eat it" and took it away barely touched. We should of known at that point things werent going well but we decided to stick it out. 20 minutes later we still had no food and the waitress finally offered us some rolls. We were starving at that point because it was almost ten at night! She not only brought us out ROCK HARD ROLLS but the butter had HAIR IN IT! At that point I'm just about gagging because it was in my mouth and we waited at least ten minutes for the girl to come back to the table and we tell her theres HAIR IN THE BUTTER AND SHOW HER, and she goes "oh my gosh im sorry" and takes it away. At that point she should of gotten at very least a manager and didnt. I told my husband I wanted to get up and walk out but he didnt want to cause a scene even though they had already ruined our night. So FINALLY just under two hours later our food comes out and i look at my husbands and his CHICKEN IS BURNT and vegetables are uncooked and my STEAK IS BURNT TO A CRISP ON THE OUTSIDE RAW AND BLOODY INSIDE. AND WAS SO TOUGH IT WAS STRINGY AND COULD BARELY BE CUT! We told the girl this and all she said was do you want me to package it for you to go? We said no just bring us the check! We paid ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS AND LEFT HAVING ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD!!! We left all the food on the table and walked away!! She never got us a manager, she never offered to take anything off the bill. We were as nice as you could possibly be because we werent trying to cause a scene with so many people there and with it being Valentines. That's also why we didnt just come out and ask for a manager either. This restaurant and the management should really be ashamed. The waitress at the very least should of made management aware of what was going on. We will not be going back. My husband has a large company here in town that used to use them for meetings and after this he wont use them again. So not only are they going to lose ALL of our business, next time someone asks us about this place we will tell them about our experience and recommend somewhere else especially after how we were treated. Didnt care that the food was TERRIBLE as long as they got paid. And if a manager would like to talk about this, I'll be more than happy to be contacted.

My waitress forgot about us for 40 minutes and I had to ask another server to check on our appetizer. After that, once our entres came out, my original server never came back once to check on us. The other server we had asked to help us in the beginning ended up taking care of us more than our actual server.

As usual, it was fabulous! This place never disappoints! Great dinner, great atmosphere. Thomas, the host, greeted and seated us quickly with a smile! Justin our server was as nice as could be! Love this place!

The absolute worst experience at a so-called “fine dining” restaurant that I’ve ever had. $129 spent for inedible food, hair in it, burnt, undercooked, and waited over a hour for the food to be brought out. I kindly mentioned each issue as they arose to our waitress…she agreed and apologized but did not get a manager nor bring replacement food. I never shirk paying a bill so I paid in full when nothing was offered to be removed from the tab… I paid mostly for the right to post this honest review in hopes that the reader saves themselves the displeasure of this experience.

The hostess was nice and the wait was very short. The atmosphere was very romantic and the food was delicious. Our server was also very polite and helpful. My fiancé really enjoyed it and we had a great time. Thanks Park Heights.

We drove from Southaven, MS to celebrate my birthday. We were seated and greeted right away. The ambience was a charming, small-town elegance. The server was very professional. The food was fantastic! I received a complementary dessert for my birthday. I really appreciated the personal touch. I will definitely return to this restaurant

We were in town for a women's retreat. I booked a table for 4 ladies. Everything was wonderful. Three of us had the BBQ salmon. It did not disappoint. Nice atmosphere. Not too loud for fine dining. Would recommend.

We went with friends ... only place In Tupelo to have dinner and be able to have a conversation . The she crab soup is so good . The grouper was delicious.... Was an off night for the oysters salad which is usually so good.

We had a memorable New Years Eve dinner of braised short ribs, a huge double pork chop and delicious sides of seasonal veggies and truffle mashed potatoes. The entire staff was attentive and we were not rushed even though every table was full. Lacey's cocktails are spot on and Deion was warm, personable and gently guided us to the perfect dinner selections. A trio of the most exquisite desserts, bread pudding, creme brulee, and tiramissu completed our night. Park Heights is absolutely the best dining experience in Tupelo and a wonderful destination for visitors to our city.Les Whritenour & Mary Cash
