There is almost no cheese on this pizza. It is basically just sauce bread and toppings. I called and asked what is going on and they said management had reduced the size of their measuring cup for cheese. So basically tough that's the way it is. I swear I could have asked for no cheese and likely to have ended up with more cheese than this. I know pizza hut has been falling off lately but this is the worst.

Came in ordered a pepperoni pizza and sat down it took 55 min. I don't even think she put my order in until I asked about it 30 min later very unorganized rude staff they seem too only cater too door dash orders

Ordered online and order was to be ready at 11:45. Waited in window line until 12:23 to get order. When someone pulls up at the drive thru and the order is not ready, they should have them move and let the next person up. But no, they let 2 cars sit there 20 minutes a piece. Very aggravating.

Be careful doing an honest survey. TRINITY JONES and her "mommy" TIFFANY JONES will come to your gym and try to confront/fight you about it ? I can't make this up. I have never see such peasant behavior in my life. Like, you work at Pizza Hut, not the White House! Terrible mothers raise terrible daughters. When I tell you I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru line for an order I did online.! Smh. I order some boneless wings and had to buy the ranch that came with it.! I never experience anything like this being that I’m a new resident next time I’ll be sure to get my food delivered instead of going on my lunch break

SHOUT OUT! YES! Called an order in for pickup. Actually talked to a real *local human! It’s been a while to actually order without using an app. and having a personal experience with humans. The young lady was very polite and attentive. Order was placed with a pickup time in 20 minutes! Wow this Pizza Hut team has to be working together. Way to go! Drive up at pickup window. Young lady comes to window and politely greets us AND with a smile! We determined she had taken our order and was glad to personally thank her for kindness. So a big shout out to Lona and the Pizza Hut South team!! Also pizza was on point guys!! Thanks again.
Just left the service was terrible people coming in complaining about their orders saying they places hours ago which still ain’t received! Well as me !! Mangers(light skin woman bowleg)walking around on the phone wearing no gloves and white round woman outside smoking not helping !!! Terrible Terrible I will not RECOMMEND!!! Need more works and by that more works that actually wants to WORK!!!!

Horrible I came through drive thru tonight doordashing and the tall light skinned lady smelled just like marijuana. It was so loud I wanted to cancel my dash. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional
