We chose to go I to order because the line was long at the drive thru , Wrong !! We order in a few minutes, Cashier greeted us and took are order and sent it to kitchen !! My order #146 ok about 20- 25 min later why am I hearing order 153 was ready ! The lobby has filled up ,I asked cashier where our order was ,the cooks hadn't even dropped it yet ! We waited another 5-10 min. The cashier called our # and I told her she did a great job and the food was awesome as always

Foods always good and fast but I think it could be a bit cleaner and it’s just not the best environment sometimes the workers aren’t very attentive . They are extremely nice though and like I said the food is always top tier

Never seen a restaurant as bad as this one. First of all the food is disgusting. Is always cold, rubbery, and tastes like it’s been out a LONG time. They are always out of something because they are to lazy to make it. Second, the establishment is just gross. It’s dirty is a understatement! Probably because they are also to lazy to clean. Lastly, I saved the biggest one for last. THE SERVICE… Where do I start? AWFUL, HORRIFIC, TERRIBLE, and every other bad adjective that can be used to describe something like this. They are ALWAYS so unnecessarily rude. ALWAYS! They are lazy, and you can just tell they hate their job. Moral of the story, don’t eat here.

I would really like to know who the boss of this place is and ask them if they even care. It is filled with people who obviously hate their jobs and lives. All around the worst restaurant in Tupelo. The people are rude, the food is disgusting, and it takes TEN YEARS. They are lazy, and just do not care. Not one time have I ever been to this place and had a employee be nice to me. If there was a change in staff, and they hired good employees it has the potential to be good. I wish someone would do an undercover boss on this place lol it is literally terrible. If your in town and have never been to Tupelo before, I do not recommend eating there.

8 pc chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. The last two times I've been there, the chicken was barely warm. I don't order the mac and cheese anymore either. The Cajun rice and green beans need to be put back on the menu.
Food is good, customer service is pathetic. Waited almost 30 minutes for my order to be wrong and had to wait on them to correct it. Hoping we get another Popeyes at a new location because the one on the south side lacks customer service skills and sense of urgency when getting people's food out in a timely manner. No reason I should have to wait 30 minutes for an order.

Very disappointed with today's Chicken Sandwhich. Got the the store after 1pm, they were busy, but not acknowledging those in the Lobby wanting to order. Very cold attitudes by the workers. The sandwich tasted like it had been under the heat lamps for an hour... it wasn't cold, but it was .... bleh.
