From start to finish is our experience. We weren’t greeted with a smile but attitude at the door. We went in at 7:15 got biscuits that had hair in them not once but TWICE! WE WERE THERE ALMOST 2 HOURS AND DID NOT RECEIVE OUR FOOD! The manager name Kesha was walking around on her CELL PHONE and REFUSED to meet us after we requested her TWICE! AND THEY STILL MADE US PAY FOR OUR APPETIZERS AND DRINKS. This was only my second time ever and i will not be going back again! The manager did not care and there were multiple people around us who didn’t get their food! The manager did not care and that’s what pisses me off the most! Not only to mention us overhearing her talk about one of her waiters like a dog! Ridiculous!!
Great food! Had a wonderful waitress for sure. All was great but will say something needs to be done about the awful smell that hits you when you walk in the door (coming from restrooms). It's been this way for over 2 months. 😳

Friends hanging out in tupelo Mississippi waitress was nice
I got a crab leg seafood boil. It was aweful. The sauce tasted like a grease with barely any seasoning. It was supposed to be a Cajun butter spicy crab leg boil. The shrimp was shriveled and the lobster was also shriveled looking. And didn’t taste good. I couldn’t get the crab meat out of the shells. This is coming from a person who loves eating this kind of stuff often. 100% would not recommend eating in Tupelo. I spent good money on what was supposed to be high quality food. Disappointed 🤢

We came to Red Lobster on 12/28/25 it was my son 18th Birthday!! I asked our waitress Kerria could she surprise my son with a birthday desert and SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME!! Her service was amazing!!! Im so grateful for her and the crew members for that special moment!!

Alexis was my server and hands down best service I’ve ever had at this location! She was very sweet and professional and all of our food came out quickly and perfectly! 10/10 will be back!
