Pretty mediocre for the price. The atmosphere is unique and fun, and the music with music videos is great. Service was kind, but the place seemed a little behind on cleaning. I did go the day after Christmas though, so I don’t want to be too harsh. The menu had clearly marked vegan items, of which there are few and are quite disappointing. The non-vegans I ate with seemed to enjoy their food though! If I am craving sushi in the future, this would not be among my first choices.
Vegetarian options: There are three vegan options— edamame in the pods (regular and spicy), seaweed salad (with spring mix, for some reason), and a veggie roll (cucumber, avocado, spring mix, and disappointment).

Me and my husband really liked this place but today we went and I got the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. And my sushi was COOKED, so I know it wasn’t due to raw fish. Server wasn’t very nice either, but now that’s the least of my concerns. I think this has ruined sushi for me lol🥲

I ordered the lobster and steak meal (the Maine event) to go with two different rolls- the spider roll and good times roll. The lobster was so tough and tasted so old and had a way chewy consistency. The steak was fine, but had a fish taste to it, and the sushi was awful. I LOVE sushi- we eat it at least 2-3 times per month. But this was terrible. It tasted old and not fishy like sushi is supposed to taste. It tasted like an old fish market smelled. Gross. Will not return.

As the name suggests rock and roll sushi is rock and roll themed and I love it. The food was good. The only thing I didn't like was the niabary it was olan and dry and not for me. But the sweet home alabama roll was really good and so was the punk rock roll I would recommend both along woth the jalapeño popers 10/10. BUT when severing us the lady was not nice at all. But at the end she was. It was clean but if you have epilepsy stay away it was a lot of flashing lights in the place. But it was clean and and overall good experience.

Well sushi was definitely subpar! Everyone here is Mexican.. I don’t have a problem with Mexican people but usually sushi and habachi isn’t Mexican, this young guy who served me couldn’t tell me anything about the menu and couldn’t pour a beer.. sad.. wouldn’t recommend.. if you don’t know anything about Japanese culture then maybe you won’t know the difference but if u do then don’t come here!

When we got there two booths were open both were not cleaned. The music was playing so low you could barley hear it. Food was great as always. I have to say that the two waitresses working there are terrible. They don't work the tables as they should. We had problems getting drinks. We had to ask for napkins forks chop sticks cups to mix our soy with ginger and the smallest amount of wasabi I have ever received. We had to ask for extra everthing. The waitresses simply don't work the tables. I drove an hour to listen to rock n roll and eat good food and be waited on. Instead waisted my time and money. No soup??? Owner i see you replied to some of the reviews I would like to talk to you. Your employees are out of control and ruining the restaurant. People want rock n roll good food and great service in a clean restaurant. Get it fixed owner.

NOT a SUSHI place!!! This place is amazing for hibachi or fried rolls, but if you're looking for raw fish look elsewhere. I was served smoked salmon on my salmon rolls and the nigiri is ridiculously sized. The raw fish did not taste very good, either. It is obvious that this place, while still serving very good hot food, is not prioritizing the extreme sanitation and food service considerations required to run a sushi establishment.
The ginger salad also sucked. Just lettuce and dressing. No leaf variety or carrots? Awful for $5 (very small serving)
